The absolute worst! It’s been 8 months and these special people have not been able to pick up their bins. This judgment comes from a person who doesn’t even pay them, yet it is absolute bs that the people before us have to pay the bill even though they have made several attempts to get them picked up. Not only that, the bins have been sitting out front of our house for the last month and so we decided to make a claim and it’s been over 2 weeks that they are still sitting out on our street. Complete disregard to customer service. Complete neglect to the occupants that were here before and now, a complete disrespect to the new tenants at this address. I’d sue the shit out of them if it were me as the previous tenants. Now, I’m thinking of my own law suit because I’m being harassed by the past tenants, landlord and neighbors that are upset because the trash cans just sit there. For months now! I’m going on all social media to tell this story until the issue is fixed. These guys are not professional and don’t deserve the business of working people if they can’t even figure out how to work hard for the people. DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT. I have already left a message at the BBB. I just hope people do not make the same mistake as my previous residents did.

I want to thank Gabriella and Waste Management in Colorado. My daughter passed and I had to take care of her affairs. Most companies gave me the runaround because I’m not on my daughters account. Well Gabriella made a tough situation easy for me — she even forgave my daughters current bill!!! That’s what I call excellent customer service. Thanks again, Gabriella and the company that empowered her to make decisions without permission.

Don’t use them! i had this company for 6 mos, and when i canceled –they said i still owed them for 6 weeks because they said their men were picking up my trash, but i have a different company –pick up on tue (not wed) so there is no way i had trash out on wed. But they still said «our trucks were picking up your trash on wed.» How can they lie like that? they also said i have one of their carts-​which i NEVER got, but they were charging me all along. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
