My friends and I joined Legacy, for a good place to workout close to home. The place is new and clean. BUT, whenever we went to work out, the staff seemed indifferent to us. We asked one of the staff to help us out and they seemed annoyed that we bothered their private conversation. One of the patrons overheard and gave us some advice. Four of us finally dropped our membership because of the lack of customer service. Maybe one day, they will learn good customer service or maybe it will just be another business that doesnt make it. I hope the management actually reads these!

I grew up in the area and was back visiting family recently, needed a place to work out. The staff at Legacy helped me out with a no-hassle no-drama rate for a few days. The place is well lit, well kept, and the staff friendly. Unlike many smaller independently owned facilities the machines I tried were all clean and in good working order. Rules are posted and followed, and the crowd is respectable. If I lived in the area I would be a permanent member, and will certainly visit again when I am back in town.

I was looking for a gym near work and walked into this one. I will not be getting a membership. The equipment is sparse, the facilities not very clean, and the staff range from indifferent to rude. I’m willing to drive a bit farther for better.
