We had a pipe break on our hot water tank that ran for a good portion of the day. It covered 90% of our floors with about an inch of water and the drywall had started to show signs of soaking up with water. Scott and his son showed up within a half an hour of the call. They were very professional and respectful of our situation. Scott explained the process and answered all of our questions. Their equipment was top notch and they left our house cleaner than it had been before our loss. He even spoke with my agent and handled all the paperwork with our insurance company.
