It was very important to me that every part of my dad’s funeral, military burial service, and reception reflect the upmost respect for my dad’s life. This included showing my step mom, his wife, complete respect and support throughout the funeral-​planning process since she oversaw it, all the while grieving the loss of her beloved husband. I was very happy the way everything turned out and I think I probably had a pretty high bar. Everyone at Week’s we worked with, from our contact who helped coordinate, to the pastor, who added that much-​needed human touch, was professional and comforting in just the right way. We recently dealt with Natalie at the Tacoma location for Weeks. There were some complications with some of the paperwork (not on the Weeks’ end) which could have had dire implications but thanks to Natalie’s prompt and proactive actions, everything was rapidly resolved which was of great comfort to our family during this difficult time.

What a great place. They picked up my grandmother within the hour from hospice even though it was 3:30 in the morning and they had two others to attend to as well. I was impressed by how fast and calm they were.
Manuela has been so helpful today in helping us make arrangements, and getting my grandfather to open up about his preferences. She is so patient, from deciding on locations, officiants, casket, headstone, obituaries, etc. to flower arrangements. She was happy to customize our options at no additional charge, and we were able to get everything settled within a matter of a few hours. She also took care of all needed calls and document procedures so we could concentrate on other family matters during this trying and emotional time. Fantastic little funeral home.
