Awesome store! Fun, inviting environment and a great inventory. Helpful and friendly staff… even when they couldn’t help me with a repair issue, they referred me to an excellent shop that could. I’m def going to stop going to chain video game stores and will be giving CiB all my future business!

I don’t know why everyone’s giving this place 5 stars are you just giving you 5 stars because it has a lot of games and its big? You do realize the reason there’s a lot of games is because no ones buying them. You got tons of common games that are overpriced. $ 7 for rolling thunder and other common games on NES? That’s crazy. there’s a reason you have 20 of most of your commons. $ 80 for a Really? $ 80? its not even in the box! Ocarina of Time for 37 loose. $ 10 for one of the most common games on the 5200, berzerk. Do yourself a favor and buy these games at other stores or on ebay. You will get them for 25%-50% less… Actually scratch that keep shopping here and save the cheaper games for me!

Complete in Box is part of a plaza with several other businesses. The store is in the front facing the highway, so park on the side of the building. When trying to find this place, we saw lots of people coming and going and followed them. After entering, we found a large gaming tournament in progress that made our experience a little interesting. Left side of store housed the various gaming machines including several arcade cabinets. I would have enjoyed exploring these but it was too crowded. After entering they had several comic book longboxes with a decent selection of books. The middle of the store included a decent selection of Animé, Manga, and Blu-rays. Surprisingly they had a stock of PC games, something you don’t see at many game stores. The far side of the store included a large, extremely well organized selection of games for every system from the Atari 2600 to current generation. Behind the counter included a good selection of rare consoles including some I had never seen before. Service was friendly and the constant flow of customers kept them busy. This is the largest video game store I’ve seen in Pennsylvania with some of the deepest variety, you just don’t see them stocking Comics and Animé. Lancaster/Ephrata/Reading has several good Video Game stores, with this arguably being the best.

This place is great! They have retro gaming along with new systems. The prices are reasonable and the arcade games aren’t bad. The only thing I request is that they have their buy 2 get 1 free deal more often! I’d be there every weekend if this deal was around more often.

The first time you walk into complete in box you’ll notice that there is not an employee that is ready to try and sell you preorders for games that aren’t coming out for over a year yet. so it’s already better than gamestop. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The selection of games from atari to ps4 is huge as well as dvds and blu rsys. Assuming you walk in the main entrance you’ll be in the video game room to your right you’ll see a table with different items for sale that you would typically need to track down on ebay. The back wall has all the old systems they have for sale all come with a warranty. I want to say 2 months but not sure. Now they recently expanded the second room is a free arcade and comic book store. I want to say there are 8 to 10 arcade machines to play I don’t know much about comics but from what o can tell they have a nice collection and it’s growing. whenever you come in you know you’ll be greeted and left to look around without a sales rep down your throat like gamestop. However if you need the help ask anyone there and they will be more than glad to help I’ve always thought I get a little bit more trade in credit compared to gamestop they used games are cheaper even the new games come out to 60 even after taxes. But the best part is of I go in and buy let’s say call of duty. They won’t ask me if I want to pre order all the games coming out that year. They don’t look at you like a deer looks at an oncoming train if you don’t like halo or liked something that everyone else thought sucked. They also have video game tournaments I’ve never participated but I know they usually have pretty good turnouts Every gamer needs to at least come in and check it out you won’t be disappointed

Great Selection, Great Atmosphere, literally everything you could want out of a game store. Good prices on New and Used Games, usually some decent music playing in the background, and the staff is super friendly. The only issue there might be, and I only bring this up because I’ve seen it happen a few times, is the staff sometimes gets too into a conversation with a customer and others are left waiting for a little bit. Never more then a minute or 2 but it does occasionally happen. Over all it’s a great store, great location, and they recently expanded so they have plenty of room. Video Games, Action Figures, and Comics, what more could a nerd ask for? Honestly, I’d give this place 10 stars if Unilocal!would let me.

Fantastic place. Unparalleled selection of new and retro games. Spenser knows more about gaming than anyone I’ve ever met and his store is a giant love letter to video games past and present.
