No complaints. I dealt with a man named Mark. He was courteous and direct. My engine was overheating and leaking engine coolant. I asked them to check it out. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it without pushing any other services on me. I got a price quote that was lower than what I was expecting for a cracked radiator. He explained how this should subsequently fix my car’s air heater too (it had been working off and on for a week because of the gradual loss of coolant) and I’m sure he would have answered any other question I could have had. Will everyone have an easy and smooth experience like me? I don’t know, but it was easy to tell Mark and his crew were running an honest operation and when they thanked me for my business I could tell they humbly and genuinely meant it.
