I am very impressed with The Spa. It is very clean with a modern, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is extremely customer-​oriented.
I use the massage therapy services at The Spa and they are extraordinarily good. I have used massage therapist services all over the US and The Spa’s staff are, frankly, among the very best I have found (and much better than those in some of the famous spas in NY and California…).
The services seem a bit pricey for the Erie area (though out-​of-​towners will find them inexpensive) but LECOM offers a number of package discounts and incentives that make the price more reasonable. When you consider what you are getting for your dollar (the facility, the staff, the therapy), it is a bargain.
