Usually good service but today I had to walk out along with other customers. Zero service! Only 2 people working so I don’t blame them but both were tending to drive thru and no one was paying attention to the counter. Manager needs to find another line of work…

This is the second worst DD I have encountered. Using the word slow to discretion the service would be an over statment. It took 5 minutes to handle an order for a single cup of coffee, mostly because the counter guy was also filling orders. There were three other employees working the drive thu who did not see the need to pitch in. There were 5 people in line ahead of me so I waited forever. To top it off the guy got my simple order if a large black coffee wrong. When I brought it back it was clear he thought everyone should drink coffee with heavy amounts of cream and suger. Lucky, I seldom have to drive this way. I went in two days in a row, the second I hoped for a better crew, the line was longer with the same carefree cast. I grabbed a soda from the attached quicky mart. I suggest people head to Greenfield or Orange to get their DD there at one of those three locations which know what they are doing. This is a prime location on busy Rte 2 and hopefully someone at DD reads this and corrects the issue. For the record the worst DD ever was the the Fort Lauderdale airport, which is understandable, they do not get good New England coffee and eat donuts warm down there,

I have found it very difficult in Western MA to find a Dunkin’ Donuts where I can get both good service and good coffee. I think that I finally hit the jackpot with this Dunkin’. The staff here were really polite, funny, quick, and made a great cup of joe. The store itself was clean and it was great that it was located in a pretty great convenience store. It was also nice that it was easy to get to since it is located right on Rt. 2. Overall, I am really excited to have found this particular store and will definitely have to find a reason to travel down Rt. 2 more often.
