I got a great deal from Unilocal and signed up during their April special, supper affordable. Took their tour of all the different rooms and equipment, the building itself is rough but the equipment looks well maintained. Its sectioned off perfectly, the equipment is spread out into different rooms which is a great idea. Their operations Manager Claudia was very friendly very knowledgeable and extremly patient, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I was suprised at all the classes they offer and were available to me and their schedule is flexable enough for me to join any of them at my leisure. Dont take my word for it, take a tour!!!

I don’t know, but this place kind of rocks in a ‘Rocky before the fame” kind of way. The people inside look SERIOUS. They have that eye of the tiger. This is not a fluffy, fruity gym and it might be intimidating at first to those used to the fitness/spa experience…
So what if it’s not much on the outside; a little old and run down, but… the place is big! It has a padded room for rolling if you are into ground fighting, a springy room upstairs for tumbling, lots of free weights as well as machines, tennis courts, lots of punching bags and oh did I mention the CAGE?! Yes, a real MMA cage.
Check them out yourself. I think the one star rating didn’t give a fair picture.

Each year the facility and management of this place continues on a downward spiral. This place suffers from extreme neglect. They have had the health department come in from time to time and force them to improve their sanitation practices, but as soon as they are gone it is back to horrible conditions.
Get some good exercise… run from this place.
