Fragranza

This is not the place you want to shop at… Keep walking it is a rip off. I was charged twice the amount for a bottle of perfume that I could of bought at Macy’s or even Amazon. Like the other reviewers say they will tell you to look at different items and they have no problem deceiving you.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. These guys are crooks. They know that their product is a scam, so they don’t allow any refunds or exchanges. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and this place wouldn’t even return a phone call or email. How they are in business selling fraudulent fragrances is beyond me.

I had a terrible experience shopping at this Store! First on the list of complaints is that their fragrances are highly over priced. You can go to Macy’s a few stores down and get an entire gift set for what they are selling one small bottle for. I got a gift for christmas and wanted to exchange it for something different. This store does not offer returns so i had to find a new cologne. I should have walked out as soon as I started talking to the guy. The guy kept steering me to brands I had never heard of and telling me they were a much better quality than the name brands I wanted to look at. When he told me one of the one no name brand cologne was 80.00 I decided to take a quick second to google it on my phone because i just got a a shady vibe from him. It was 16.00 online!!! Since there was no way I was getting ripped off by this guy I ended up getting a cologne that was popular and knew what the price should be. when I got home and took out my new cologne and it was not even in the original wrapping!!! I took it out of the old beat up box and ¼ of the bottle was already used. I will never ever shop at this store again! They are a bunch of shady crooks!
