On launch day of Halo 5: Guardians the store was suppose to open at 10:00am. I waited for 30 minutes past the hour and the store never opened resulting in me and 4 other customers to drive to another store in a different city. This is highly unprofessional and this stores management needs to be scrutinized. Unacceptable.

I usually don’t shop at GameStop, but this place has fantastic customer service. I’m terrible at names, but two people left good impressions on me.
1) The guy with the short hair and glasses. He is always friendly and strikes conversations with me when I visit. I went to pre-​order FFVIX Heavensward, and we started talking about the game and other MMO’s as if we were buddies.
2) The girl with the Horde jacket. I’ve been having terrible luck trying to get Diablo from the Heroes blond boxes. She was very familiar with them and helped me get the one I wanted based on weight, etc. I walked out extra happy today.
This place is my exclusive GameStop moving forward.
