I love this location so much that even if it’s out of the way I’ll still come here. I’ve received the best customer service from the lades and gents here and i love them! I know verizon can be pricey and irritating to deal with when your cell phone issues come up but the people working at this outlet are very friendly and they always help out as much as they can. They don’t just turn you away like I have been at other verizon locations. Quick, easy, and friendly staff.

I’m updating my review to two stars after all of my experiences this week. No need for details but I will give you some advice. *Get everything in writing! Keep EVERY receipt! *Insist on explanations if they are selling you something and you feel like there is more to the story than what you’ve been told. *Once quoted a price, refuse to budge if they are trying to adjust it higher. Every employee will have a different story. *Never take their word for it when they say they will call you. YOU must be proactive in contacting them because you will NEVER hear from them. *Always expect to spend a good amount of time here. You will never get in and out quickly if you need help with anything. *Always triple check any receipt or paperwork they give you. You may find they left something extremely important off like insurance on your brand new phone. *If you want an actual Verizon store, not just a Verizon Retailer then go somewhere else. *The employees are nice here. I’ve just not had great experience with the store in general. Every single time I’m there they have something going on: Computers are down, One employee forgot their keys so they were Locked out of the store and the other employee is late, inventory is a mess so they have to spend large amounts of time on that leaving one employee to help customer, phone system sometimes sounds like a fax instead of ringing in to the store, etc.
