I agree these guys who work here only like their own kind… okay I’m not racist but I feel like since lately I’ve been noticing I’ve been treated differently because I’m not brown… my last name is Verdugo but I look white… well anyways I asked for 3 hamburgers and a small fry… he says 6.04…I said excuse me, no awnser I said it 3 times nothing… hello… vvvvrrrrooooom… went to the window so I asked for 3 hamburgers and a value fry that’s 4.96…ok whatever… so I get to get my food… only food in bag… I had to ask for Napkins… he looked at me like I was crazy then I asked for ketchup… and he says how many I’m like 5 he hands me 4… whatever it’s just rude to be like that to people… these are the things that remind me that I should not be eating fast food, but I had no lunch, or else I’d be eating healthy for sure and mc donalds is semi cheap for the low budget family… double check before you leave and make sure your food looks good… I don’t trust these people.

It should really be no stars, but I’ll give them one for switching out my kids toy. So my son wanted to come here to play and obviously get a toy. I walked in and was was partially greeted by a young lady who obviously looked annoyed. I stood by the counter and she walked past me like 3 times. Another customer walked up and stood next to me. This young lady starts helping her out and completely ignored me. The another customer walked up behind that customer and she started helping her. That customer pointed out that I was there before her and the young lady looked at me and was like (ohh) and continued to ask if that customer needed help. When she finally got around to helping me I was very annoyed and told her i thought she was very rude for doing that and would like to speak with her manager. The manager was called and she was worse. She acted like she was listening to me but started to laugh in my face. If it wasn’t because my son really wanted that toy I would of left. They ended up switching it out because it wasn’t the one he was expecting… will never come here again I’ll go to the other side of town. Worst customer service ever!!!
