Oly’s Pool & Spa Plastering

We re-​plastered our pool using Oly’s poo land spa plastering. They did a great job. We selected the pebble finish, new slate tile, black plaster, with glass beads. Totally custom blend. Also added a spa blower, doubled the spa jets and replaced all the pool, spa, and waterfall lights with Pentair LCD lighting. Wow the backyard looks great. Good communications throughout the job, and Mark worked with my pool guy on startup. If you are looking for a custom one of a kind look, than Mark and Cyd are the ones to go with.

I would never recommend Oly’s pool service to anyone. We paid almost 8K to have our pool re-​plastered and some tile fixed and it looks like we still need our pool re-​plastered. Mark said he would come out and get our pool set up after it was done and he barely did anything. The color is not what he showed us and there are white spots all over the entire pool. When I called him and told him my concerns, he said the color would change in 6 months. I waited 6 months and nothing changed. I even paid hundreds of dollars more to use the chemicals he told us would help and it hasn’t. I have been calling almost weekly for months now and he has refused to come out and fix the bad job HE did. Don’t let him fool you into thinking he is on top of things either. He came out to give us a bid the day we called but then won’t come out after I have been calling him for months because he is just too busy! If you want a good job done on your pool, do NOT use Oly’s pools!

Oly’s pool plastering did an awful job on my replastering and tile job. I paid 6k to get my pool replastered and retiled in 2006. They broke the water in take pipe and even after I called to complain soon after the job was done they never showed up to repair it. This is just the start of the problems with their sloppy job, the tile grout is now separating and chipping off, the plaster never looked close to the photos the salesman showed at all. The pool is the gray plaster with the blue specks which I paid more for at the ime and it is entirely splotchy white. I am reviewing this now as I’m in the process of selling my house and many buyers have commented on how terrible the pool looks not believing that it has been redone. I tell everyone who asks that Olys is the one that did this job so I can guarantee they won’t make the same mistake I did. I would have given it zero starts if I could… I got ripped off. Stay away from there’s dishonest people

We used Oly’s Pool and Spa Plastering to re-​do our swimming pool that had sat empty for 2 ½ years. They provided EXCELLENT service. Mark walked us through the color choices, the rest of the staff have been with them for a long time. Even after our pool was finished, they provided us with excellent advice. I would use them again.
