For my first time ever eating at pick up stix, I was actually impressed by the customer service. Fernando was awesome by recommending the best entrees on the menu. He was very helpful and the food was delicious!

Pick up stix used to be one of my go to’s and I was so excited to grab some dinner to go for my family. I made an online order. Get home to find out that half of our food was missing, including the chow mein in which I payed extra for. I was so disappointed and was not able to feed everyone who I intended to feed. Called the store and she offered a free entrée for when I go back. I was unable to go back to pick up the missing items as I live on the opposite side of a different city. I will not be returning to this location.

Eat here about once a month. Great food and good service. Clean facility. Fav is the grilled salmon — skip the rice and get extra vegetables to bring down the calories even further.

This Pick Up Stix is alright. I ordered an appetizer, soup and a chicken entrée. The appetizer I ordered was the Chicken Dumplings, which I always love from Pick Up Stix. They came piping hot and tasty! The Wonton soup was also tasty! My complaint would be about the chicken entrée I ordered– the House Chicken. I normally love Pick Up Stix House Chicken so much, but here it tasted completely different. The chicken was bland, soggy and greasy. The House Chicken normally has a little bit of crunch and is very flavorful, but at this location they completely failed on the taste and texture. Maybe it was precooked and sitting for a while? Not sure. The overall appearance of the chicken looked questionable as well– as if it wasn’t very fresh and very slimy. Meh. I’ll stick to just getting the appetizers and soup, which probably come delivered frozen anyways. Hard to mess up consistency there. :P I’m also getting a stomach ache from 5 hours later from eating here, hopefully it’s not food poisoning.

I just ordered the lunch combo and am very surprised at the size of the meal. I haven’t bn here in a few months. I order the same thing Everytime! My meal cost me $ 8.95, but the portion was like worth $ 6.00 and the egg toll was like somethg from costco. I realize cost of hangs going up but when price goes up and portion gets smaller than u know ur getting ripped! Just sayin!!!

we called 15 minutes BEFORE the store closed and they said they stopped taking phone orders. but we are here now and they took his order in person. why make it difficult? we could have been in and out. maybe they need the overtime!

Horrible service. The restaurant was empty and we waited over 40 mins for food. We reminded the manager we had ordered and she threw it together in 5 minutes. She didn’t even say sorry. She acted like we were annoying customers. While she put our food together she was scratching her head, touching her face, and then touching the food. This location has gone down hill.

I really like pick up Stix near Felicita. Their food is consistently excellent. I love their Jack Daniels Chicken and their salads are wonderful! Their pricing is very fair as well!

Been a while since I’ve had their food. Used to be pretty good, but lately it’s been going downhill. I have decided to no longer dine at Pick Up Stix because the last few experiences were negative. The main issue is the quality of the food. We noticed that it was becoming sweeter and sweeter. The last meal had so much sugar that it was like eating a dessert!

I wish they had real dishes and cutlery! The meal was tasty enough for a quick meal but was cheapened by the plastic bowl and plastic fork. I had the Thai coconut chicken and it was pretty decent. By no means authentic but nice favors.

This review is also for the new location on auto parkway. I really liked how they put the food in the to go containers even when you eat at the location… it allows for everyone to eat family style and when there are leftovers, you just close up the boxes and you are good to go. The only thing that I need to complain about is the white rice. It was very disappointing. It tasted like minute rice! It kind of ruins the experience when the rice is dry. I hope they work on the quality of their white rice so that my family and I can visit again.

This review is for the new location on Auto Parkway. I was welcomed when we walked through the door. The cashier was warm and friendly. She had no problem answering our questions. The food is as good as I remembered it when I ate Pick Up Stix ten years ago. I’m glad to have one of these nearby now. I will definitely go here often. A surprising addition to this restaurant is that there is a high counter with four iPads: one for Fox news, Apple games, Solitaire, and whatever other program the decide to put up for the day. There is no wifi available, but having these iPads are good for children and keeping updated on news.

Its really good, crushable grub. The spicy tofu is banging good. Prices can be a tad high. Can come across some killer won ton specials from time to time. Never had a bad experience service wise, and I used to crush that spicy tofu on the reg. Prices as I said can be high, but I went anyways. For a full chain, its pretty on point.

I have to say I like Pick Up Stix for a fast food type of place. It’s in the Major Market Shopping Center just off of Center City Parkway. Easy to get to, it’s clean, and the staff is friendly. You can get take out, dine in or now they have delivery. Ask them if you’re in their delivery area. If you’re in a hurry I recommend calling in your order and getting it to go. It’ll be ready in 10 – 15 minutes and you just pay when you get there. Pretty easy. Like the other reviewers have stated, this is a more Americanized version of Chinese food. That being said, they do a good job with their style. The food tastes very fresh and has that great wok cooked flavor, so I enjoy that. I ordered from their«Dragon Deal» menu which was really affordable and kind of nice for a change. They have six choices for $ 4.99 each and they are enough for a single serving. I chose the House Yakisoba Bowl which included noodles, chicken, beef and shrimp with veggies. Pretty tasty. It was enough to fill me up without making me feel stuffed, which is a good thing. They usually use dark meat chicken unless noted on the menu, but if you let them know, for a nominal charge($ 1.50) you can upgrade your chicken to all white meat. For the price and portion size, this is a good place to try if you want something that has taste.

This isn’t Chinese food. Not even close. This is fast food that happens to have white rice instead of white bread, and their corn syrup laden sauces make my pancreas whine and pout. You couldn’t PAY me to eat here.
