Loved this place. The staff was great, very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Perfect example of how a chain needs to work. Keep customers happy, so they come back. I will.

Everytime I come in here they are very friendly. I’ve purchased accessories and a really nice wall mirror. Love there stuff! Good prices especially with sales.

Love this place for all sorts of home accessories, candles, gifts and right now have quite a few items on clearance. Staff is always friendly but it’s a bit odd that the store can be completely dead but it takes a while for someone to get to the cash register or they are in the middle of having a conversation with another employee and will tend to that as a priority.

Yep, another place for me to spend my hard earned money on stuff I don’t need. Love it! I don’t buy that much at Pier 1 imports but I love to look and always come across fun stuff. This location seems bigger than others I’ve been in but not sure if that is true or just my perception. There is a ton of stuff to look in here so it can be a bit of a glittery time warp. My favorite items here are their table linens and pillows. They have a huge selection of both.
I like this particular location because the staff is friendly and attentive. I also like that its in the same shopping center as Cost Plus World Market. For me, there is a lot of overlap between World Market and Pier 1 but I like that because I can check out two fun stores that are just a couple hundred yards apart.

Interesting that folks comment on things like selection … While I understand that merchandise changes slightly from location to location, it’s a chain. The reasons to shop at one over another is either location or service. This Pier 1 is conveniently located however it is continually understaffed and poorly merchandised. (a mess). I’m not sure if they don’t have a sufficient staffing budget, not enough help, or if management & staff are hanging out in the back room, but shopping and buying should be a pleasant experience. Not a ‘waiting in line to pay’ nightmare.

This Pier 1 is the best one I been too. It has alot of cool items and everything is so cute. Plus alot of on sale items, more than I have ever seen. Love this store and great place to get home items and ideas for decorating.
