First time buyer here! Loved what we bought. Drive that road for 20 years and never stopped before. Why the RIP for owners?

Always one of the highlights of my trips home for the holidays. Not sure how they do it, but for being roughly 500 square feet, this little produce outlet always has your back when you forgot dinner items at the mega grocery stores elsewhere. Whether it’s a can of whipped cream or a Dudley’s apple pie… They make sure you’ll never look like a dud during the most wonderful time of the year.

So WHY, you ask, would I choose to write about another ordinary looking roadside fruit and vegetable stand that doesn’t even have a read-able sign. The best I could make out was the painted cowboy cutout that was visible from the street. I had to take a sneak peek at the neighbor’s mailbox to get oriented, then do some sleuthing on the internet to figure out this place’s name. So, with further ado, long story short, blah blah blah, it’s not about the fruit, avocados, veggies, et al. They are nice, don’t get me wrong. I love this place because it saves me mileage. Say whut? See, I don’t have to drive to Julian on those nasty windy roads to get my Julian Pie Co. whole pie. And they also carry Dudley’s bakery goods too. The pies cost the same if you drove up the hill. Wow, how great is that? So thank you Valley Produce! I can have my pie and eat it too!

Fruit and snack stand on your drive to the Indian Casinos. Located across the ugly Eureka Springs housing complex is Valley Produce. There is another fruit stand in this same area, but the one with the Ostrich Jerky sign is Valley Produce. There are actually decent deals here. I enjoy the Guac which comes in a small and large tub. The large was 4.95. It’s not chunky, but smooth.
The other deal of note is the dried mango slices in chili and lime. A bag of this this is 2.99 which is a good price. It’s also locally made. They also offer Pony rides Sunday 1 – 4
