Pizza Hut

Horrible!!! I should have read the reviews first! Walked in and you needed a ski parka inside because the ac was put on at –32!!! Got the pizza and it was cold in a matter of a couple of minutes! Asked 4 different people to turn off the A/​C because of the situation and it was never done. Spoke with manager after dinner and all she could say was that it takes time to warm up!!! No kidding, but they never turned it off to begin with. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere! I would rather go to Abiquiu and get Mamacitas Pizza, it is WAY better.

Once again asked to sit at a dirty table. This time the manager grumbled at me. Never going back to pizza hut again. On the bright side this forced me and my family to eat next door and had some of the best tacos I’ve ever had.

In the history of Pizza Huts worldwide, this one is probably the worst! I’ve given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt a few times, and unfortunately the decent to horrible ratio is about 1:5. The last time we were here, we ordered, then waited about 45 minutes until the pizza came out. One major problem… the pizza was missing more than half of the toppings we ordered! After talking to the rude and confrontational assistant manager in training (who claimed to be the manager), we were told «Good thing the pizza’s the same price.» What?!? Who says that?!? They charged us the full price after completely messing up our order. Unfortunately, our kiddos were starving so we were at their mercy. Never again. I’d rather order a pizza from the Little Caesars across the street and eat in the parking lot, than ever stepping foot in that establishment again.
