Be careful for bait & switch ripoff. Guy quoted $ 450 for refrigerator repair by phone, showed up 3 hrs late for apppointment and jacked the price up to $ 829. When I refused he asked for $ 150 as fee for showing.

Shawn has now fixed my dishwasher (twice-​2 very different issues), my stove hood and my washing machine. He always knows what needs to be done, orders the part, and gets the job done in a timely manner. Courteous and professional, Advanced Appliance is the only company I’ll be calling if needed (though I can only hope I’m done for a while!).

Shawn was great fixing my washer and dishwasher. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Answered my questions. He knew about a required software update for my LG washer. Would definitely recommend and use his help again.
