I’ve had a massage here twice, both Groupon deals. Yesterday’s was with Allie, she did a great job, A+ for her. My only issue with this place is that it was actually pretty difficult to schedule an appointment, and they cancelled my appointment a few times.

Zero stars even though I have to choose one– I bought a Groupon here and not only did they have to reschedule my first appointment for almost 3 weeks later but then called and cancelled the second appointment TWO days beforehand after I made it over a MONTH in advance. Save yourself the hassle and the drive– pay the extra and stay in the city. This place is awful.

It was a lot of WORK to get my massages scheduled here. Had a Groupon, and bought the three massage package. I purchased the Groupon in February of 2015… and I FINALLY got all of my massages in by September. They are very disorganized, and apparently only have one masseuse on staff. Unfortunately she had some issues and I had to reschedule a massage 4 times. My complaint about the building and the massage rooms is that they are COLD… and I am someone that runs hot all the time, so I can only imagine how others are freezing their buns off.

I would do zero if I could… Bought there groupon for deep tissue massage and at first when I called after purchasing it they didn’t even offer deep tissue and then after a few times after that now they can’t offer a deep tissue massage until late August but it’s funny when the groupon expires July 9th

I purchased a groupon for two gel manicures. The place looks a bit dumpy on the outside, but wonderful on the inside. It’s clean and has a calm, relaxed feel. They offered me an assortment of snacks and drinks, including wine! The manicure was great as well — I will definitely be coming back!

DONOTGOHERE! This place is overbooked and pathetic! They don’t do reminder phone calls for appointments even though the earliest appt you can make for massage services are 3 – 4 months in advance! Don’t you dare try and speak to a manager either! They don’t have those at this place. I have been to plenty of spas and this is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL mediocre spa EVER! If I could I would give them a 0⁄5 stars! I’m a Unilocal elite and you know it takes a lot for me to rate 0⁄5.

If it would be possible I would give you 0 stars. If you don’t need any more business you should not promote yourself and if potential customer is calling you I would pick up the phone or would try to reach him asap to make an appointment. I guess will go to the somebody else who will more appreciate their customers. I left you message on your phone, but pls don’t bother to call me back. I already made an appointment somewhere else

I’m giving this place a 3 star only because the one masseuse I use here is wonderful(Lisa). I’m taking away 2 stars because I CANNEVERGETTHROUGHONTHEPHONE to make an appointment!!! No one ever answers. I have left 2 messages, and no one has returned my call. When Lisa was doing my massages, I just texted her directly to set up appointments. Sadly, she’s out on maternity leave and I have no idea if she has a replacement or not. The massage was wonderful, the spa is actually very well done and I love the prices. I would LOVE to go back, if only someone would return my phone calls! I even pinged them on their Facebook page, and no reply. UGH get a receptionist or someone that’ll pick up your phone! Or at least return calls promptly.

Bought a Groupon blind due to price and location, tried for weeks to get an appointment but no one ever picked up the phone. Left a voicemail and got a cal back a week later. Found they couldn’t get me in until after the Groupon expired but assured me they would honor the Groupon. So I went today, on a Sunday which we agreed on to find the store wasn’t even open. I wish I could review how good the massage but I didn’t even get that far.

Came here on a whim, because of a Groupon deal I found online. Purchased 2(1) hour massages for $ 54 — which upon first glance. I thought was super cheap! Upon entering, I noticed that the place was a little understaffed but was very well decorated. The layout and the large space was perfect for a day spa atmosphere. I was impressed with the warm hues of the paint on the walls and the vintage/retro ambiance. The massage was great and they really take care of you at Indulge, always making sure you don’t need anything to drink. I wanted to grab a rundown of prices/services they offer to post on here but I forgot about it after my long/enjoyable massage. Some signs I saw posted in the seating area: $ 40 — 1 hour full body swedish massage $ 99 — Spa Day Package(mani/pedi/min facial/1 hour massage)
