Good gas. Sometimes you can see elk. They also sell ice and have a store. They have about 4 islands and are easily located at an intersection. For those coming from the shopping center there is a convenient right turn into the station.

They always have the cheapest fuel in Estes, and although I had to wait for a few moments for the attendant to come out of the back room so I could pay cash for my gas, it wasn’t a long wait and she was friendly,. Being that I came during a slow evening in the slow part of the year(as far as Estes Park is concerned), it was not a major detractor from my visit. The place seemed well-stocked with convenience store necessities and amenities, and it was decently clean and organized. I’m not sure if they have public restrooms on location, but if they don’t then the Safeway at the top of the shopping complex does. I’ll definitely be back for the cheap gas, being that I’m in the Safeway a few times a week anyway(since they’re the only real grocery store hereabouts).

Had never seen a Safeway Gas before. Tiny cstore with junk food but easy to access pumps with a large lot. Gas prices were reasonable compared to other rare gas stations at over 7200+ feet above sea level.
