I hate this place and how they function! Someone should shut down this business because they are a fraud and a phony! They just try to take your money and after that they leave you high & dry to rot! I’m very disappointed in the service they provide and if anyone is thinking about going with them, PLEASE DON’T! They will ruin your life because at the end of the day they never did care about helping you out, IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Especially, Ryan & Gail from the Edmond office. I didn’t even want to give it one star but it won’t let me move on without at least putting on a star. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! It really bites to see that there are still people like this in this world!

Credit Concepts is a business that works with dealerships for car loans. Quite unprofessional, especially over the phone. They have that, «Im really awesome and your not» attitude. I’ve gone in plenty of times to make payments (Because they dont take plastic) and never have I once been greeted with a smile or a «How are you today». The front desk looks as if they hate their job, and it shows quite painfully.
We were approved through our credit union to refinance the loan, and it was hell trying to get that process taken care of. Lag on their end for faxing documents and communication. The lady from our bank ended up going down and dropping of the documents personally.
Granted, the car dealership decided to use them for a loan and it wasn’t their choice nor ours, but considering they’re getting referred business, you would think they might want to treat their customers with some respect. I’ve only spoke to one nice person from CC. I believe his name was Andy out of the Portland office. So there’s Kudos to Andy, but the rest you tards need to take some happy camper pills or find a new job. At least pretend like you kinda care.
