Officers have a very tough job. We need to remember that behind that badge is a human being. We hold our Law Enforcement officers to an unrealistic standard. They’re only human. No doubt there are cops out there who have no business being cops, but the mass majority of them are good people who are doing their best. If you really want to see what these men and women have to deal with on a regular basis, I would strongly suggest doing a ride-along. It will give an entirely new perspective on police officers. To all the officers who might read this, Thank You for your service to our community. It’s very appropriated.

update on the alleged abuse of trash can. Cops ended up coming to our home 15 times(that we know of) for trash cans! Had to stop it with a Tort for harassment which, of course, the dept. of internal investigation, found no wrong doing of cops. Not surprising when they lie,(yes, cops lie) and shoot unarmed victims and get away with it. Anyway, good news, the«renters» left, and we are in the middle of suing our HOA, the homeowner AND the tenant for filing a false police report. They have never responded, surprise! when I did a back ground check on tenants they are convicted felons; AND police over there twice since they moved looking for THEM! Who’s the bad guy now, your narrow minded bully cop!

I’ve met a few guys with the EPD that seem to be alright people, but the department they associate with diminishes their reputation. EPD is well known for ignorant, power trippin’ cops.
