I’ve been a customer of Overhead Door for many years, as a residential builder and for my own homes, and I’ve always been impressed with the caliber of the people who work there and with the product. The last time I had an interaction, they came out and rescued us by getting into our garage when it wouldn’t open and coming up with a solution so that wouldn’t happen to us again. Thank you, Overhead Door! Highly recommended!

We use Overhead door for both the company I work for and I have an opener they installed in my house as well.
One day while sitting in the living room I heard what sounded like a gunshot. After not finding anything I gave up looking and forgot about it. I needed to go to the store later that day and found that the garage door would not open, the main spring had failed on the door (not the openers fault, it was an original spring from the door itself).
I called Overhead and they had a tech right out to remove and replace the springs in record time. A great company with speedy service and good quality work.

We called this company to install a security gate for our business. They came up with an inexpensive solution for our needs and installed it fast and professionally. We were really impressed by the service at all levels, including their office staff. The installers cleaned up after themselves and worked fast. Now our inventory is secure! Thanks Chris and co.

I came home for lunch to find my garage door would not open. I found that the spring had broken. I called overhead door to arrange for the repair. They had a service technician out within 3 hours and the door was fixed by the time I was home from work. Thank you overhead door for your quick service!

Shady company. Did not inform that a service call had a base fee and had endless excuses why they could not fix the garage door model!
In response to their Unilocal thoughts. No one explained there was a service fee prior to arriving and after they wanted $ 600 to replace two devices for 2 doors, I asked a friendly neighbor to look at the existing Overhead Door device and he fixed it by tightening two screws in 5 minutes!
