We have gone to Rapid Repair and Remodel twice now, and when we have to have another project done, we will call Rapid Repair and Remodel. In the past, we’ve experienced the stereotypical treatment, and complained ourselves about the inconsistencies — schedule problems, quality of work. We have felt hostage to a remodel or a repair before. However, everything changed when we turned to Rapid Repair and Remodel for a bathroom remodel two years ago! This year, we turned again to Rapid Repair and Remodel for a dreaded, long ignored remodel of the gerry-rigged, closet sized, dangerously crowded«multi-purpose» laundry room we inherited when we bought our 1938 home in 1970. We knew to begin with, this remodel would open up layers of problems, and we were right. Brian soon discovered we had an unsafe electrical situation, a substandard plumbing situation and, underneath the house, a chaotic heating problem(which we already knew about and had avoided). With our ok, he assembled an electrician, plumber and heating system crew who all did excellent, timely, thorough work without breaking the bank. As for Brian himself, besides the great connections he has made as a contractor, is a great communicator and a thorough, highly professional contractor. We always knew when he would be there, and if he were not, why. We always knew what he would be doing. We always knew costs of things, and that he would adjust to what we can afford balanced with what we needed. He was always open for our taking on tasks to reduce costs. We always knew his work would be high quality and done well, no time wasted. Work done: painting, laying a vinyl floor, installing washer drier, patching up for new vent work, cabinetry, and installing my Free Library which I added on later. For the bathroom, redoing the shower, installing my turquoise cement floor, installing beautiful cabinetry work, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, painting, replacing framing on door and window. We always knew that when he was finished, the place would also be picked up and cleaned up. We always knew he would be in a good mood and always felt we were valued customers. He has a wonderful work ethic and he has restored my faith in the people who work on homes. I no longer fear having to deal with remodeling. And I will always call Rapid Repair and Remodel to do it! Five stars, absolutely! If there were another star, I’d pick that too! Rapid Repair and Remodel is indeed as good as it gets!

I work in property management and I have used this company for a number of jobs. Most of our maintenance work is done in-house, but we have used them when our maintenance supervisor is on vacation(or swamped) and for extensive projects. Brian is the main contact and he is always very professional and returns my phone calls promptly. When he has hired help, he always chooses professional and courteous people, which is very important in my line of work since they will be working in/around tenants’ homes. Brian is very knowledgeable and versatile. Here are a few examples of the things we have had him do: Painting: We have used him for interior painting numerous times. He did a quick and excellent job. There was no overspray like you get with some painters. He cleaned up after himself. Fences: He tore down/hauled away old fences and installed and stained new ones on 60 patios, which was an extensive project. Though his bid came in slightly more expensive than another company, we used him because we knew he did quality work. When you are spending thousands of dollars on a project, you want to make sure that you’re getting something that lasts. He works very quickly and efficiently. Again, he was working closely with over 60 tenants, and I received numerous compliments about how courteous he was. Replacement of sub-flooring: There was pet urine damage to a unit that was so extensive that it ruined the sub-flooring. We had a move-in scheduled, and so it was imperative that this was repaired ASAP…and of course, as Murphy’s law would have it, this happened while our maintenance supervisor was on vacation! Thankfully, Brian was able to take care of this project in a timely manner! Quality work, timely, kind to others, and doesn’t leave a mess behind — need I say more?
