Gave my younger brother $ 50 to grab some kicks earlier in the week, and he hit this spot in particular. My brother claims he was followed around the shop by a short male associate with black hair — in a disrespectful loss prevention tactic, that included an exchange of words, as well. Typically, they have a nice selection or shoes, great prices, etc. But clearly the customer service has diminished, as they should treat everyone like paying customers, regardless of their thoughts on various individuals that shop there. My last experience, however, was relatively quick. I purchased a pair of Vans that literally started to fall apart within a couple days. No exchange policy, but Vans aren’t what they used to be, so I get it.

If you want very reasonably priced shoes, sandals, and a huge variety of shoelaces, this is your place. They don’t carry Nikes or anything«fancy», just quality shoes and discounted prices. The sale racks along the walls are the place to start looking and occasionally you can find some sweet finds. It’s like Saint Vinnie’s without the used part.
