Not sure how to rate this place because food was good as always but customer service from the delivery driver was absolutely awful. I ordered delivery to my hotel room because I’m in Eugene on business and I am here for business very regularly. When the delivery guy got to my room he informed me that they had charged my card for the wrong amount and I owed him another 1.50. Keep in mind I asked about paying with a card when I called and was told it was fine. So he told me the easiest way for me to get my food was to find 1.50. Luckily I have a purse full of change but still please don’t keep my order from me until I can come up with another 1.50 because of a mistake you made. I’m most definitely pissed and will be contacting management in the morning. Like I said early food was good like usual. I’ve been a Dough Co fan for years when a friend introduced me. I would recommend trying it but customer service needs to be more of an importance in my mind.

I was desperately looking for somewhere that was affordable and did deliveries(since I was bedridden with a migraine), and I’m lucky I found this place. The delivery took less time than they said it would. They say 45 minutes to an hour, and it look more like 35 minutes or so. Plus the calzone I ordered was very hot when I got it. I’ll definitely consider ordering from them again when I’m sick and don’t have the energy to cook. I got the chicken and pesto calzone with marinara sauce. I think next time I will get something a little more flavorful and with ranch or BBQ instead of the marinara. Can’t wait to try the cookies.

So my roommates ordered food last night around midnight. I was sleeping, they apparently were out back and didn’t hear the delivery driver knock on the door.(Apparently, it took him a little over an hour and a half to deliver the food instead of the 30 mins quoted; doesn’t really matter) So, instead of 1 — calling the phone number to get their attention to answer the door(I used to do this a lot when I was a delivery driver) or 2 — going back to the shop and keeping the food(which was paid for via credit card) the driver instead made the decision to start pounding on my bedroom window, which woke me up. Next time, your delivery driver won’t be returning to the shop. Thanks!

Yummy snack for after a movie. Ordered the Steak & Cheese and Spicy Chicken which were both delicious and the Spicy Chicken was definitely son the spicy side, which I like.

I absolutely LOVE their BBQ chicken calzone. Their ranch is excellent as well. Wish they delivered farther when I lived in Eugene & now that I’m in Portland I wish they had a location here!

I got the calzone with meatballs in it(can’t remember the name at the moment). It wasn’t that great, but not bad. Super dry. I’m glad I asked for two cups of marinara. A lot of food to eat. I’ve heard the cookies are good but I didn’t try them. All in all it was decent, but not for me. I just don’t like how dry the calzone was, and the meat inside seemed more like ground hamburger than a meatball.

Great for those nights when you’re in a pinch to get dinner on the table. Tasty calzones but a bit scimpy on the fillings for most of them. Because of this, I get the steak bomb, it’s similar to a Philly and it has more filling than the other calzones they offer. I also like the chicken parm, so tasty! Good sauces to go with.

So I’ve never had a calzone before cuz the idea of an enclosed pizza seems odd to me. BUT I really enjoyed dough co! Piping hot cuz it was just made. I got cheese & my gf got pepperoni & we split them. In comparison, the cheese is a lil bland but I enjoyed them both.

Great food, just real irritating when they screw up 2 of 3 zones you ordered. But if you call and let them know, you can’t get them replaced because you didn’t realize until half way through they didn’t add the ingredients you payed for. And there’s «nothing they can do because it’s already been eaten. They need the whole thing» Next time I will peel it apart and send pictures before I eat it.

My boyfriend and I eat here often and it’s one of our favorites, you guys can really capture the flavors and it’s just delightful! You’ve had wonderful costumer service each and every time! My personal favorite is the cheeseburger calzone with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I recommend this place to my friends and family all the time! It’ll forever be the most memorable and delectable places I’ll ever eat at in my life. I drive out to The Dough Co 2 hours just to eat, so to me, in my opinion it’s the bomb!

I love this place mostly because they do late night delivery. I order calzones and cookies at least once a week and they have consistently given me fast and easy delivery service. I have no complaints in that department. I particularly recommend their Steak Bomb or Steak and Cheese calzones and their chocolate chip cookies. Everything is made to order and their dough is absolutely delicious. I really like the $ 20 daily special. It includes 2 calzones of your choice, a batch of any kind of cookies you want(peanut butter, oatmeal, sugar, or chocolate chip), two drinks, and a pint of milk(or chocolate milk). Personally, I like to get the $ 20 daily special for myself and save one calzone in the fridge for another time; the calzones reheat marvelously!

Dough Co is just one of those things you need to try when you’re in Eugene. It’s not the best, but it’s also not the worst. They’re open late and they deliver. It doesn’t get any better than that. Especially for drunk college kids that are super hungry at night because of you know, reasons. Honestly, I love their ranch sauce. I think that’s the best sauce I’ve ever eaten. Even writing this review, makes me hungry. Anything on their menu is great, you honestly can’t go wrong, no matter what you order. I love cheese, I love bread, I love pizza. And a calzone is practically a pizza folded up in a convenient little sandwich sorta thing, ready for you to scarf down your throat. Also, did I mention fresh baked cookies??? ANDMILK?

Late night delivery awesome. They even have cookies. that they bring you. Took a a long time for the order to come. I would say next time I would want to order food really late, I will order it again. The chicken is good with the BBQ sauce

After much recommendations on how good Dough Co is, I decided to give it a try. I had the Cheese Bomb and it was good. I thought the lack of sauce inside would make it dry. It was actually very moist and the ingredients really complimented each other. Although it was good. A little marinara inside would have made it much better. I know this is not traditional to have the sauce inside, but I would have preferred that than having a marinara dipping sauce. Make sure to take your time and you are not in a rush. Since it is near campus the area can be busy and finding a parking spot can be a challenge. All in all a good place. I will have to go back to try all the different varieties one at a time.
