Unity School

I take great pride in recommending Unity School as a wonderful place to send a child to school.
I have worked at Unity for many years as a teacher, and am now the garden teacher. I have an opportunity to see the progress of the children in all different age group classes.
My own granddaughter attends the 3-​year old class at Unity and is learning so many great things that she will need when she attends public school for kindergarten!
Our program is one, which works with the age and stage of development of each child, giving them many ways to learn cognitively and physically. The classroom materials provide hands on exploration. The teachers introduce art and science in an explorative manner so each child can create and learn in their own way.
The playground provides room to move, places to climb, and many opportunities to play peacefully with friends while teachers are observing them.
Our Teachers are trained in child development and continue their education through out the year to keep their knowledge fresh with the ever-​changing needs of our children.
Unity School is a wonderful place to work as an adult, and fun filled, explorative learning place for children. I think it is a great place all around.
