Excellent coffee and great service. The owner puts customer service first. I can’t imagine going anywhere else

I had some time to kill as I had an appointment near here that was way later than I thought. I’m greeted with a friendly barista who then brings me my coffee after I’ve sat down, complete with a little pot of cream. The donut is just right: a rich chocolate cake donut, coated with glaze and sprinkles. It’s a good morning.

Decent coffee, okay ambience, its a fine little local spot but nothing to write home about. Nice staff. Terrible breakfast burrito.

Vectors is a great place for coffee and even to meet new friends — I was also there this morning when the owner asked the two people(it was a man and woman) to leave — they came in the place with Starbucks cups and purchased nothing. From what I could gather it wasn’t the first time. He was mad at them and while I might have been quieter I certainly see why he was upset. If you go to a place of business to talk then you should really buy something and certainly not bring in a competitors product. The owner is a very nice guy that really cares for his customers and his community. Go there more than twice and they’ll greet you by name, but at least buy a cup of coffee.

Very unprofessional — I witnessed the owner/manager yelling at two ladies to leave because they had not purchased anything. They had just walked in and sat down on Christmas Eve day. There are no excuses to treat people this way and I will not support a business that treats people this way. It was embarrassing and humiliating to everyone present.

Good coffee & brought it to our table. And even checked on us to make sure everything was good. They offer us the leftover donuts & bagels. Very nice customer service. The sign outside to find the place was not big enough to see from the road but since there aren’t that many places around there it wasn’t too difficult.

Nice people, great coffee and service in a fun and friendly environment. A great place to meet with a friend or a short business meeting. They have other snacks and light food available. The owner and his team care about their products and service and are a fun group of people!

This place delights my inner nerd. There are maps and rotating nature photography on the walls, AND they post a daily math problem on the chalkboard. The owner is clearly a former teacher; I took a free coffee class he taught one evening, and it was very interesting, if a little intense. Tons of information delivered lecture-style(with handouts and exhibits), and a demonstration of the espresso machines included. Very cool! For instance, did you know«Full City» is a term that describes a mid-range roasting level for coffee beans? I didn’t until that day. The espresso drinks are above-average quality, with nice foam art. The staff is super friendly, and they offer free wi-fi. The food selection is good, with some healthy options, but not a very diverse selection. It’s not really a lunch spot for that reason, but they don’t seem to mind people hanging out for a few hours. Seems to be a place that locals enjoy, based on the regulars I see in there. Seating is reasonably comfortable, with a few plush chairs among the tables and wooden straight-backed variety. They added a bookshelf in the back, which warms the vibe. Well worth finding this spot if you’re in the Crescent Village area!

Hidden location but worth seeking out. Friendly beyond belief. Total local vibe. I’ll come back every time I’m in town.

A typical little locally owned coffeehouse in the Chad Drive /Crescent neighborhood of town. Come to think of it, this may be the ONLY coffee shop located in the area. This business has a very mom and pop feel to it with an incredibly polite staff, decent java, and lots of indoor seating with tons of natural lighting. The baristas are known for their decorative and creative espresso art, and admittedly, they are quite talented with it. Sadly you won’t find the finest selection of pastries and overall the prices seem ever-so-slightly higher than normal. All in all it’s a pleasant shop with decent coffee in an otherwise baron part of Eugene.

Absolutely terrific privately owned local coffee joint! Also it is open on Sundays so I don’t know if Unilocal can correct that or not but they are open! ;-)

I had coffee and cookies here at 11AM today. Enjoyed a latte with raspberry syrup that was textbook perfect. With my latte I had two gluten free salted caramel cookies which were awesome. The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. They were pleased to have LA people in Eugene for the sole purpose of enjoying their flawless caffeine drinks. No doubt this was a 5 star experience.

Don’t let the pretty foam fool you, this place may have good espresso, but I wouldn’t know. I’ve tried twice to go when they say they’re open but it’s evident that they aren’t. I don’t care how good your stuff is if you can’t get correct information to your clientele. I’ll look elsewhere…

I looked this place up on Unilocal before I tried, it got 4.5 stars, so I expected something good. I got a regular black coffee, it’s a bad coffee, nothing special. $ 2.75 for 16 oz, I expected it be good. It tasted like free coffee that you get while you’re waiting for your car to get fixed. Their latte might be good with the art and stuff, but it cost a lot. Maybe I might go back to try it sometimes. I don’t recommend black coffee, you should try something else that comes out of the espresso machine.

The décor is nice, the coffee is okay, staff very friendly, but it’s a little on the expensive side, and the food selection is small. I hope they’ll do better!

Coffee art doesn’t mean much in a to-go cup. Besides that I ordered a medium vanilla mocha and received a small mocha. There was one onion bagel left and a couple sad looking pastries. They were quick and friendly.

We started going to Vectors when it used to be Perk & Play. The coffee has always been great and Randy and Elizabeth have been wonderful to my children. More than once, they came out from behind the counter to chat with them and even read a story to them. Wish we still lived close enough to visit!

Nice coffee, cool coffee art, and they serve good donuts. You can even buy half a maple bar if you want a treat but don’t want to go for the whole thing. They also sell yogurt and cheese sticks, as well as some basic pastries. I wish they’d expand the food side of their business a little more so that they’d be a real lunch option. Seating is comfortable, some nice arm chairs.
