This us the most hit and miss location in the entire chain. I think their tenders are the best ever, especially the spicy tenders. Customer service is usually terrible, whether its making you wait for five minutes to get your order (this is fast food, remember) or like today when i went by and their credit card machine isn’t working (no cash on me, so no food). I would go by here a lot more if they provided a more consistent dining experience.

Bad experience at this location. The person taking my order couldn’t speak English and screwed up my order. The drink I ordered was was wrong and not only that it was all carbonated water. I ordered red beans and rice but never received and and plus my biscuit was cover in gravy which I never asked for them to do that. I will not take my business there again.

Ok, I confess. I love Popeye’s chicken. Mmmm, that spicy crunch of that wonderful chicken. And their red beans and rice is better than some I have had in NOLA. This location is no better or worse than any other I have been to, I don’t go for atmosphere, I go for chicken. Now you know

i was there and waiting for our order inside and i saw a big cockroach climbing up the wall by the chicken. i told the girl and she ignored me. the place is filthy. i will never go there again.
