My wife and I have been here for 2 years now and getting ready to sign another lease. We have been very pleased with the staff and the way they work with us and not against us. They listen and they reach out when we need it. We could not have chosen a better place to live. Thank you. Cindy

I have been here for 1 year just signed my second year. Many apartments with trees. Near the building will have squirrels and rats. I have not Experienced any at all. I see people complaining about the water bill but what they are not telling you is this is their water, gas and sewer bill. The water is heated by a huge boiler that supplies ample hot water for all apartment but they run on gas versus paying more for electricity to heat your water. The management is very nice and friendly. If you do have something wrong they fix it pretty quick

Moved in May 2015. About 2 months after moving in, heard rats in the walls and ceiling. Contacted office who had pest control come out. Pest controls traps never worked. Had to buy my own and ended up catching 10+ rats over the course of a few months. GROSS! Around December, other residents must have complained, because pest control came out to do the entire building! Thank God Im out of here soon! Water bill is average $ 50 a month-for a 600 sq. ft apartment! Ive paid less in larger apartments!

First and last apartment I will live in, hopefully. After moving in about 2 months, we started hearing rats in the wall and squirrels in the ceiling. 8 months into the lease, we hear rats scratching under our sinks and discovered they’ve knawed holes thru the walls. Long story short, pest control set up a trap and we came home to a dead rat about 6 hrs later. Thank God I’m outta here in 2 weeks! Also, depending on the apt you get, standard size washer/dryer will not fit thru the bathroom doors although it’ll fit in the room itself. AND water bill is $ 60−90/month for an 800sf apt?! My mom pays less for her 1800sf house.

So far, so good. Been living here a month and a half and the only real issue we have had was the AC needed attention when we first moved in(needed a replaced filter and a couple parts replaced, like a burned wire.) Maintenance was quick to fix it and everything else has been good. I love having walking trails just past the dog park. I think they should upsell the walking trail access more. We might have missed it due to the overgrown entrance behind the dumpster enclosure, but the paths are wide and well-travelled. We saw lots of runners, families and people walking dogs in our trips out there. Haven’t used the pool area yet, but there seem to be people using it regularly, and they are beautiful. I know people paying a lot more for what we have. The sunroom is a nice addition, and makes our one bedroom feel nice and roomy.

Do NOT rent here! The apartments are dated, you hear your upstairs neighbors walking(no they aren’t fat), laundry facilities have been broken for months with no repairs in site, you hear water from other apartments, and most importantly and concerning, you get water damage to your apartment and they just ignore it and are told they don’t repair it, it’s not in the budget, and just paint over it. Had to get my own dehumidifier and blower just to dry out wet sheetrock! Did I forget to mention the dirt in the water, both the sinks and tubs. Can’t wait till lease is over…

***BEWARE*** Even if you do your part right and keep everything as you moved in and clean up when you move out, you might get a statement of what they owe you on deposit return but you will never get the money. My daughter has been moved out for 2 months and received a statement that they owe her $ 200 deposit but the check never comes. She calls them every day and has no recourse unless we take them to small claims court.
