Just went here with my family. We had drinks and a pizza. The drinks were fine, but the pizza took nearly an hour and it was not good. It was lukewarm at best. Then my sister in law put Parmesan cheese all over her piece of pizza and then noticed a spider in the shaker. I told the waitress and we got a «big» 10% discount on our bill… about a $ 4 discount for a spider in food!!! Gross. Go for a drink and the view. Do not eat here!

Not horrible, but not all that good. The place is decorated like a cheesy 80’s dance club, really not going with the Victorian hotel. We had our 2 year old with us, so he wanted milk. They didn’t have any. We figured they’d have juice since it’s also a bar, our waiter told us no juice. We ordered the chicken bacon Alfredo pizza. We asked for an appetizer like breadsticks, they don’t have any. We waited a really long time for the pizza, so trying to occupy our kid was a nightmare. They didn’t have crayons or anything, but we didn’t expect that given it’s more a bar. What’s irritating is that the pizza is made downstairs, so by the time we got it, it was lukewarm and kind of dried out. It didn’t taste bad, but I wasn’t impressed. The topping to crust ratio was way off, and the heavy toppings made the pizza soggy and droopy really bad. My kid refused to eat it because he kept losing toppings and he couldn’t grip it well. No one likes eating pizza with a fork, and eating toppings separately. They had a deal where if you post a good review on TripAdvisor you get free dessert. We went ahead and did post a review, but not a good one. Waiter didn’t care, didn’t even ask to see it. The dessert was a very large chocolate chip cookie with a whipped cream smiley face and chocolate syrup drizzle. Cookie was hard as a rock. But whatever, it was free.

Ordered the Calzone and I must admit that it was quite delicious! Amazing view from the balcony, very nice staff and exceeded expectations. Hope to try the pizza next time!

Truly great pizza. I wasn’t expecting it but when they said the bbq chicken pizza was award winning they meant it. The crust was really great as well. The wait time was a little long, but you gotta expect that for handmade pizza. It was worth the wait.

It’s a cool atmosphere, great views. We came expecting an experience, and was sadly disappointed. Drinks are served in plastic cups. We ordered the calzone, first one arrived with the meat still cold. We ordered a 2nd, warmer this time. Not the flavor explosion I was expecting for a world famous calzone. Staff was great. The Skybar is literally a small room for drinks, not necessarily dining. Considering there is no «kitchen» on this floor. It’s no wonder the food arrives cold. I would only visit the Skybar for the bar, not the gourmet pizza or calzone. Unfortunately, nothing gourmet about it. Jon Taffer would be disgusted. I just wanted to save everyone else’s money. Our server was only able to give a 10% discount for the food we didn’t eat.

We came here for the view, which was great, and good because the room and drinks disappointed. The inside is a typical run down hotel bar, the beer selection is small, and the cocktails are served in plastic cups. We also had to search for staff to get served. The view from the balcony is great, though.

Good pizza overall, had a nice thick crust and was dripping with cheese. It was slightly expensive, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars not 5. It is worth trying at least once if you are in the area.

While the hotel is a must to visit! Unfortunately, the food this evening was disappointing in the Sky Bar. My wife and I split the calzone. Portion was plentiful, however the crust was too thick, hard and burnt in several spots.

We seated ourselves and waited 20 minutes before being offered a menu and asked what we would like to drink. During that time, staff would continue to pass by us, glancing at our table. When we were finally attended to, our waiter was very attentive to our needs and apologized profusely about our wait. Our food took even longer to arrive and a table that was seated when we ordered had their food delivered before ours. The pizza was alright but not memorable besides the size. Overall we were there for well over an hour, most of it wait time, food and drinks were mediocre, and service was between excellent for our waiter to terrible from the rest of the staff.

My wife and I really wanted to like the sky bar. We were excited to eat gourmet pizza on top of the historic Crescent Hotel. However I feel like they completely misrepresent themselves when it comes to all of the advertising and marketing materials they have set out at the Crescent Hotel. While the view was fantastic, the food was remarkably less than. The pizza we ordered was lukewarm and was easily the most disappointing thing I’ve eaten in the last year. I feel like I’ve had way better frozen pizzas that came out of the freezer section at Walmart. I feel like my expectations would have been met if instead of labeling themselves as gourmet pizza, they simply advertised themselves at being just a bar. At least then we would have expected bar food. TLDR: Great view, terrible pizza.

My husband and I went here the night we arrived at our Cottage Suite in the Crescent Hotel & Spa. We both really enjoyed the pizza and talked about how great the crust and toppings were. We boxed up our left overs, and walked out leaving them behind. Once we realized, we went back and were able to get our left overs that the server held in the back. That was such a relief! We definitely enjoyed the left overs in our toaster oven. Microwaved just isn’t the same!

While in Eureka Springs there are certain places you must go and certain things you must see! The Crescent Hotel is one of those places! While in the Crescent Hotel, many people journey to the 4th floor in search of a great view and some pizza. This past weekend we were one of those people! While we did find a great view of the city, we did not find great service or great pizza. I love pizza and truly believe that even bad pizza is pretty good pizza. I really think that if it weren’t for the draw of the Crescent Hotel this restaurant would have closed a LONG time ago! I went up in search of the awesome mozzarella sticks I had heard so much about; only to find that after a menu change they no longer made them. So, my son and I decided to split a small pizza(this is more like the size of a Pizza Hut Large, fyi) and I had the spinach and fruit salad with candied walnuts and goat cheese. The pizza came out and was luke warm at best, very thick crust and TONS(I think too much) of cheese! The salad looked beautiful, but the dressing tasted like Dijon mustard… which I like on a sandwich, not on my fruit salad! It was horrible! My son who is quite the pizza lover didn’t even finish 1 piece of the Luke warm, overly cheesed pizza. Our server was ok, but I wouldn’t say she was overly attentive or helpful at all. She will it be winning any«Server of the Month» awards, I can tell you that! The inside of the restaurant is totally out of character with the antique Victorian-esque hotel! It looks more like a pizza shop on the set of ‘Saved by the Bell’, we were looking for Zach and Screech! If you decide to journey to the 4th floor, be sure to step out onto the landing and check out the view. Eureka Springs is a beautiful city and you really need to slow down and just look around and try to take it all in.

The food was bad. Atmosphere was bad. Wait staff were all unprofessional teenaged types. The place was dirty and depressing. We ordered the signature Crescent Calzone, but feel it would be more aptly named Crescent Concrete Pie. The dough was too thick and difficult to cut. We both had stomach trouble after trying eat what we could of this meal. For such a wonderful old and historic hotel, this incredibly underwhelming pizza place is a terrible mismatch. There are far too many good places to eat in Eureka Springs to waste time trying to eat here.

Only come here if you want pricey drinks with a great view. The food is horrible & the service was completely lacking. I asked a waiter if cheese usually comes on the sandwiches & his response was«I don’t know, I don’t really eat the sandwiches here.» The kitchen is on the 1st floor so our food was brought up in insulated pizza bags & it took a long time. I asked for a side of ranch and when it arrived it was hot because the waiter put it inside the hot food bag. Also, when I asked another waiter to speak to a manager I was informed«Our manager is off today. Your waiter is probably the boss because he’s been here longer than me…» I could go on & on about this experience, it was so bad that we had to laugh about it. The hotel is cool but only visit this pizza joint if you want to pay too much for a drink while enjoying the amazing view.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a beer and soak in the sun. The view from the outdoor sitting area is fantastic since it’s on top of the Crescent hotel. The food is nothing to write home about but the drinks are strong and it’s not too expensive given the location.

We thought this would be a great place to grab a drink before the ghost tour. The drinks were good, strong and pricey. But the atmosphere was not what we were hoping for, it’s decorated like a cheap pizza parlor. Not historic, and has stuck on glow stars on the walls
