We have found our new breakfast buffet restaurant! Great friendly service, a good variety of fresh food on the buffet.

Sunday at 1230. Even though the place was packed, we were seated immediately with no long wait in line as Local Flavor had down the hill. The breakfast buffet looked picked over & the scrambled eggs in the chafing dish had congealed. We skipped that & ordered off the typical diner menu. My patty melt wasn’t melt in your mouth at all. It was the driest meat patty I’d ever had. So dry in fact each bite stuck in the back of my throat needing the assist of liquid Pepsi. Her grilled cheese was good. Not impressed but they’re serviceable. I think I’ll wait in line down the street next time.

We’ve been here two mornings in a row for the breakfast buffet. $ 7.99 per person for adults, and worth every penny. We were initially scared of the muffins. I thought they were bran, and my husband thought they were chocolate. He is brave and tried one for us. They are DEVINE. They are called ‘sunrise muffins’ which I have never heard of before. Essentially it is a spice cake with carrots, coconut, and some other deliciousness in a muffin shape. It tastes like carrot cake without the icing. The bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. are also very good, but the muffins are worth special mention for sure.

My cousin Leesa and I are here twice during our trip to Eureka Springs; once for lunch and once for the breakfast buffet. Both times we had terrific meals at great prices and excellent service! For lunch, I ordered a plate of chicken tenders with fries and salad. It was so large we took it to the room, but couldn’t even finish it. It was perfectly cooked and plentiful. The second time was the breakfast buffet. On the buffet there was scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, hash browns,(which I couldn’t have due to them having onions), and fruit. It was all for 7.50 and the fruit was so fresh! I recommend the pancakes. They are amazing!!! The Filling Station is one of our favorite places to eat in a Eureka Springs and we will come back for years to come.

The breakfast buffet was cheaply priced. Well stocked with good selection from fruit to grits, bread pudding, sausage, quiche, bacon and other typical breakfast items

Delicious, friendly service, wonderful décor and warm ambience. No better breakfast anywhere in Eureka for the price, especially for those late morning risers! Highly recommended!

This place is great and the Breakfast Buffet is win, and reasonably priced. A good spot and got our party of 13 in right away.

Now, I guess I should preface by saying I wasn’t there during prime season. So that may have added to the lack of food quality. Had the breakfast buffet that was very stale… cold, lacked flavor. Fruit was canned… nothing was fresh. I hope I just hit it on a bad day considering others recommendations. Though… it would take a lot to get me to spend my money there again.

Nothing special about this place… Just a common diner. Quick reasonable breakfast with reasonable prices. Server was nice but not attentive. Gave our food to the wrong table originally. Couldn’t careless about the hubby being GF. Bacon was way over cooked but my eggs where done right.

This used to be the Pancake Family restaurant Close to the original. One pancake will feed you. I got the biscuits and gravy with a scrambled egg and bacon. Meets expectations as a southern breakfast. Hits the spot well. The price is steep. I’m a tight wad but I haven’t yet got an alternative to recommend. I guess this is a keeper!

As far as diner-style restaurants go, The Filling Station is about what you would expect. Pros: Adorable atmosphere, friendly service, reasonable prices, and most importantly-breakfast until 2 pm! Food: I had the eggs Benedict and my first impression was that the hollandaise sauce was kind of thin and reminded me of weak white gravy w a garlicky kick. That said, my eggs were perfectly poached and satisfying. My husband ordered the bbq sandwich and described the meat as tender and juicy, but lacking smoke flavor. Overall a great little lunch stop.
