The food was ok. Falafel was pretty good. We also ordered mediterranean chicken sandwich and another appetizer made out of mushrooms and cheese. We had to wait a long time to grab the attention of the staff and ask for some water and a wedge of lemon. I didn’t like how little we were attended to by the waitress.

Love the everything taters, the nooner and the tri tip poor boy. They also make a great corn chowder. My husbands favorite is the DDD pulled pork with apple slaw. Def go check them out

Definitely had better, definitely had worse. Basically a typical diner, could be something much more. Realistically however, I only ate breakfast here so I couldn’t give you a concise gist of everything on the menu but I had the California omelette, it was pretty good. Bread was definitely not that great, server was pretty satisfactory, bowl of fruit was all very clean and enjoyable. Anyway place is decent, worthwhile if you want basic breakfast and lunch, or if you can afford brunch.

Every single time we try something new in this town we always regret it, this place holds to our expectations! First off, we had to wait a good 15 minutes to place our order. We were not informed of the specials, didn’t hear about them until we were done eating and 2 tables around us were told of the specials. I had the California omelet, blech to say the least. Eggs were over cooked and the side of biscuit was hard and dry and over cooked as well. The taters were hard and barely done, even smothered in ketchup they were barely edible. Had to wait a good 30 minutes to get our food. The pomegranate mimosa was good though. When asked how things were, husband said ‘ok’. She asked ‘just ok?’ He told her about biscuits and our waitress behind her asked if we wanted one to take home LOL, no thanks. Definitely won’t be going back. Oh yeah, if you get a burger be prepared to pay an extra 3 bucks for fries! When doesn’t a burger come with fries?

Im surprised this place has so many stars! The service is extremely slow and the food is so bland i dont know if the chef knows what salt and pepper are. Gross. My buscuits were hard as rocks. Will never go back again!

Based only on my experience this location is better than the one in Old Town. I usually get a burger/fries and that is what this place is all about for me. Large fresh beef patty, plenty of cheese and the bun from heaven. The bun is a rosemary seasoned almost soft dense french bread, not too hard not too soft, fabulous. Fries are medium cut with the skin and cooked good. Service here is by far better. I will be back!

What an amazing meal. It would have a 5 star experience if the cook could have left the cheese off our sandwich like we ordered it. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I used to love this place when they first opened. We went for breakfast all the time and I fell in love with their biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately, the last few times we’ve been in we’ve been a bit disappointed. The food is still good, but their service gets worse every time we go. They’ve never had phenomenal service, but now I get the feeling the staff is just going through the motions. The atmosphere is nothing special, but it’s generally clean.

My family and I were visiting Eureka and went to Nooner Too for a late lunch on Friday. The food was excellent as was the service. The prices were reasonable, and the place appears to be clean and well-maintained. Plus, parking is a breeze.

The mister and I lunched here after a morning of hiking around Patrick’s Point. We opted for a burger each as we were low on funds and our meal would be more spendy had we added fries, salads, etc. so we did not. I did however, ordered a Hibiscus Tea Cooler which I wish I did not as it tasted a little like kool-aid to me(if you want awesome iced hibiscus tea, try Jimtown Store in Healdsburg). The burgers were grass fed beef and good. The buns locally made, good, but made the burger hard to put in your mouth. Environment and atmosphere felt a little lackluster as if it were a temporary spot. It was super busy and popular though we weren’t over the moon thrilled.

Nooner used to be our weekly breakfast spot. We ate there for almost a year every week. I have even defended them here on Unilocal for bad reviews. That all changed after Shauna left as manager. The place has gone down hill in quality, service and cleanliness. Yesterday we took my parents there for breakfast, as all the other breakfast places were packed. The last two times we had gone we had sworn we would never go back, but we wanted breakfast. We were seated at the back table where they had just«cleaned it». My father’s chair had a huge wet spot on the seat that we had to wipe up, I stepped in a pile of food left next to my chair. As we always order the same thing we were ready for the waitress when she came back around to dispense the silverware and napkins. 3 orders of bisquits and gravy and an order of oatmeal for mom. 10 minutes after placing our order the waitress comes back and informs us they are out of bisquits and brings us the menus(had it been just me I would have left then) we ordered substitute meals and waited… and waited… While waiting I heard the table next to us order bisquits and gravy, but no mention by their waitress that the kitchen was out of bisquits. To pass the time while waiting we discussed the Crack in one of the water glasses and the large chip out of my dad’s coffee cup. The food was finally served, and it was decent, but was a let down when craving bisquits and gravy. 10 minutes after our food was served the table next to us got their bisquits and gravy! We won’t be back… too bad as we used to just love this place…

My husband and I have eaten lunch here many times and have enjoyed it every time. Good food, generous portions, decent prices, and good servers. I think others would agree, because it’s always busy when we’ve been there. I’d recommend it!

Their breakfast is amazing. I’ve only come for the breakfast but it’s one of the best places to grab a meal in the morning in Eureka. Prices are very reasonable too. They also have great caffeinated drinks to go from the barista for those tired eyes

First time here for a late breakfast. We ordered 2 lattes & was delighted at the quality of their espresso. The breakfast menu was simple & moderately priced. My. 2 eggs with potatoes & flatbread was just fine. G had a spinach omelet & requested biscuits & country gravy on top. It was delicious. The server was busy, but sweet & was available for whatever we needed. Overall… Not really impressed with the dining room atmosphere. Not very cozy– a bit sterile & lacking character. Also, we did choose to sit in the back away from windows & could hear all the noise from the kitchen. Meh

I would definitely recommend coming to Café Nooner Too for breakfast or brunch. Everything on the menu is good and they serve mimosas. The service is good and the quality is consistent.

We love this place for breakfast! The omelets are to die for! I don’t know what they do with their eggs, but they are so nice and fluffy. They offer tempeh substitutions for veggie eaters too. I usually get a really big latte to go with my omelet. My boyfriend gets French toast or biscuits and gravy usually. Prices are very good too! Try it out!

This is my absolute favorite place to eat in all of Humboldt county. i eat out very often. this place has a great menu with a lot of options. i usually get the kebab plate, its a big meal, which 99% of places lack for me around here, im 6’2220 and i lift weights 5 days a week so im all about big portions, much of the«mom and pop» places around here just SUCK at portions they are often plain skimpy on plates which bugs me. (tangent there) all the food here tastes so fresh and whole, i never leave feeling gross or phlegmy(mucus build of from crap quality) i will be full but it always seems to digest and break down quickly,(a sign of good, fresh ingredients) the staff is always on top of it and quick to get stuff done for you. my favorite is their meat quality, i usually do half chicken half tri tip on my kebab plate ITSSOGOOD, never any pieces of fat or gristle, just awesome cubes of juicy meat! plus the yellow rice is the BEST! They have a great assortment of baked goods too, cookies pastries, muffins, ect. i love that it isnt as packed as the other location, its very mellow. great for a beer and a good convo before you order. i HIGHLY suggest this place for great fresh wholesome food, this is my favorite protein meal by far! Go there if you haven, and if you order the kebab plate you wont regret it!

Went here today for the first time for some quick take out and I would absolutely recommenced this restaurant. My takeout order was ready in 10 minutes, everything was hot and ready to go when I got there. For the food: DDD Pulled Pork Sandwich with Onion Rings — I will order this again. The meat was tender and juicy but there was a great crunch to the sandwich with the addition of the Apple slaw. The BBQ sauce was sweet and the slaw had a little tang so it balanced out really well. I think the only thing that the sandwich was missing was a nice smokiness. That would have been put it over the top. As it stands, the sandwich is a solid 4. Though again, it is a little on the sweet side. Onion rings — were onion rings, nothing super exciting. They were crispy and golden which is really all you can ask for in an Onion Ring. Creole BBQ Sauce — I was super excited about this because 1) I love BBQ. 2) I love sauces. 3) I’m southern so I know both! Unfortunately I found the sauce to be really sweet, thin and too tomatoey. It does have a decent kick to it. I feel like it works well in a sandwich or on meat but by itself as a side condiment, it really didn’t hold up for me. Biscuit(because I only got 1) and Gravy — MMMMMMMM… The andouille sausage in the gravy is unbelievably awesome. My main complaint is that the sausage bits are too small, I’d love more chunkiness in it. The gravy was creamy and flavorful and the biscuit was nice and thick. Overall, it was a good takeout experience for under $ 20 with a happy singing staff.

Most fresh pita bread I have ever had. Excelent food. Service pretty good. They get very busy at lunch time. Came back about a month later — late in the afternoon and they were empty– al the specials were sold out– didn’t care– I always get the same kebab plate! Discovered they make a great latte!
