Black hole of customer service. Has got no better since move. Nice staff but clueless. Order it?! Really?! How bout a business model that pushes people to online shopping? I don’t get it. I actually had to set off an alarm to get anyone’s attention after waiting 20 minutes for some of the many busy bees running around the store to stop and answer my question. They came over shut off the alarm and didn’t answer my question and we’re just annoyed that I set off the alarm. Staples is right behind AT&T as the most frustrating company to deal with customer service wise.

Love this place! Came to get a custom made banner. Sabina was awesome from helping me with borders fonts sizes and more. She is super knowledgeable and has a grest attitude” Got me what I wanted, upgraded my card to business status. In and out in 20 minutes! Now thats what i call service!

Thank goodness for Staples in Eureka, Ca! The customer service has been excellent, always willing to find the item, price it out, order it and essentially get you what you need. Inventory is low so keep up the awesome service Staples team.

This store is terrible, incompetent employees, out of stock items, rewards that don’t reward anybody but the company. Rebates, that are difficult to the customer. I will be using Amazon Prime from now on.

The employees are very helpful. I get greeted every time I come in, I get a «Have a great day» when I leave. If i have questions, there are people there to answer them. I see them working hard making sure things are stocked or helping other customers. Everyone is just great there.

Skip this store! Tried to get an inexpensive shredder — past experience dictates: call before heading over. Did. Didn’t have what I wanted but offered a sub. Takes less than 10 minutes to get there and behold, no shredder, just the overpriced, expensive stuff. Past experience also dictates use local print shops: Gave an inflated quote but before hanging up they quipped, let us know what the local shops say because we will undercut their price! Hello? give me your best price the first time, not something to under cut the local shop. Just a bad seed as a business goes but that is the big box/chain mentality.

There is maybe one person working in this entire store that knows ANYTHING about what they are doing/talking about. This isn’t saying much considering there are about 3 people working in the store at any one time. I haven’t been here once where I didn’t wander around looking for someone to answer a question for me/help me find something and haven’t found anybody besides some weird stocking clerk that avoids any eye contact and tries to pretend I’m not there. It’s horrible this is the only place we have to get office supplies. I hate that I have to come here.
