Eagle Ridge Apartments

Pros — The place is in decent proximity to post and Watertown. Walmart is accessible without having to drive out onto the main roads. There is a PreK through 3^rd grade school across the street from the main entrance into the complex. The complex itself has a lot of amenities, if you’re looking to use them. Most neighbors are military. Most of the ladies are super helpful in the office and will answer any questions you have.
Cons — They get you on your move out inspection with the carpets. I cannot stress enough to have them completely pull back the carpet, not just the corners during your move-​in carpet inspection. Have them start at one corner and work around the room. When you move out, they’ll completely pull back the entire carpet during their inspection — not just the little corners they did during your move-​in and this is where most everyone loses their deposits.

I use to live here and I really miss it! Lol I loved my town house. It wasn’t too big but it was perfect. If I could have moved with my apartment I would have! My street was quite so it was pretty nice. The only utilities you have to pay for are electricity and I think gas too. The people that work at the leasing office are also very friendly and helpful if your having any problems in your unit. There’s a gym, play grounds, pool and you are allowed pets. The only thing I would consider adding to this place is a dog park. That would have been nice to have at the time I lived there. But other then that I loved it! And the location was nice. If your moving to fort drum I think this is one of the nicest places near base.

I really like living here. Its just a little off base and is clean and well kept. There is a community center, gym, pool and small wooded conservation along with playgrounds for the kids. I appreciate that they are pet friendly and have laundry machines in every townhouse. Too bad we can’t choose our neighbors though…
