This place is a complete rip off. Shame on them. They say they offer postal service products, but then they restrict some cheaper USPS services with illegal rules they make up, so they can push more expensive UPS services onto you and make easy money on their clients. VERY deceitful and dishonest.
The post office has way better rates, less paperwork to fill up, and they’re not in the business of exploiting or taking advantage of you.
First and last time I used their service. Never again!

I’ve only used them to deposit and cash checks primarily. However, I did mail out a small package and immediately regretted not taking the time to mail it USPS… ups is so expensive. Staff are super friendly and polite, usually in and out in under 5 minutes. Open convenient hours.

I think maybe I’m just a fedex type of guy. I was trying to ship something to a business and they asked me to use their UPS account. I go to the store with the box packed and the recipient’s account info and they tell me they can’t do it like that – ok, I get it, being cautious with some guy coming in with an account number, so we call the company and the person tries to explain it’s ok. They go back and forth and the UPS store employee demands they prepare a label and send it to them. I think this was something about getting the UPS commission for the store, being that UPS stores are franchises and all. After 20 minutes I walk out shocked they flatly refused to be helpful.
