If I could give this moving company zero stars, I would. I had a horrible experience with them. The three person crew showed up late for my early morning move. The main mover, who was quite chatty, told me it was because he was driving back to Chicago all night from Mississippi. I was moving out of a second story apartment to a third story apartment — no elevators in either building. The movers strapped everything to their backs — boxes, couches, dressers, etc. It seemed very unsafe and I was afraid they would drop things, which they did. They dropped my computer tower, breaking part of it. They also damaged my dresser. They did not wrap anything in padding. The main guy spent quite a bit of time on his cell phone arguing with his boss. He eventually stopped answering the phone and his boss even called MY phone looking for him. It was very unprofessional. I have cats and they were locked in a bathroom so they would not be in the way. I had specifically told all the guys to not enter the bathroom.(There was another one for them to use.) One of them did, shoving my cats with his boot, and swearing at them. After he left, I checked on them and they were terrified. He also peed all over the toilet and floor and didn’t flush. That’s just disgusting. After they moved all of my stuff, which took longer and cost more than the estimate had indicated, they demanded a large tip. The main guy was pretty threatening and acted erratically all day, like he was on drugs.(I don’t say this lightly.) I was honestly scared after they finally left. I called the company to file a complaint, but the boss would not take my calls and no one would record my complaint. I also wrote a letter with no response. I would never use this company again.
