Nadia is a miracle worker. I went to see her on Saturday for a chronic issue and not only did she provide relief, but she also explained why this pain keeps nagging me.

I had my first chair massage with Mike last Sunday. It was actually my first ever chair massage and I LOVED it. I would argue that it was better than any table massage I’ve ever had. Mike is an expert and I honestly felt like those 15 minutes were more valuable than an hour on a table. I met Mike through my Aunt who is one of his meditation students — we met at her home in Evanston (she met him at the Evanston Whole Foods). Just because he isn’t at the Evanston WF anymore doesn’t mean he isn’t still giving amazing chair massages. He definitely gained two new clients in myself and my husband this weekend. Thank you so much, Mike!

UPDATE! nadia and mike are back at whole foods!
The café area is still hideous but the massage chair is back. I can only speak to nadia, mike and VK, but they give great, very reasonably priced chair massage, very strong if you want it deep. each of the other massage or reiki people has their own style that i’m not familiar with. great place for a tune-up before or after shopping.
