This company produces the glass jars filled with sliced pork in a tangy barbeque sauce found in all the grocery stores around town. Whenever I’m in E-​ville I usually pick up a carton of the 8oz jars. This size is good to make three nice size sandwiches. Heat up in a saucepan. Serve on rye bread, with very thin sliced onions and pickles on the side. Makes for a quick and good meal.
The office staff has always been very courteous and helpful. The company also ships their product. Call for current office hours.
