Food is good but it is super expensive! You can go similar places and get the same thing for $ 2-$ 3 less. Doubt I will pays that much for lunch food again.

The perfect ladies lunch!!! My mom and I love to come here at least once a week! If you have lunch here, you must grab a bag of their homemade granola!

I was super excited when this café opened, but after two lunches there, I had decided that was enough. While the food is ok, it isn’t anything special and I thought it a bit overpriced for what was offered. What really brought this rating down was the lack of seating and the incredibly long wait we had to order food. If you are trying to have a quick lunch… forget about it. They don’t seem to be able to handle large crowds for lunch and the staff behind the counter seemed frazzled. I also don’t understand the café having an entrance to Brinkers, seems a bit like a wasted space when there aren’t enough tables and seats at peak lunch times.

A good option for a good lunch. A place focusing on doing a few things well, and they succeed at that. I had real tasty reuban.

Café 111 is an excellent lunch destination if you’re on the east side of Evansville. The food is consistently excellent, the staff are generally friendly, and the atmosphere is more elegant than you generally get in an Evansville restaurant. I’ve never had a sandwich or side at Café 111 that wasn’t excellent. The portions are perfect — the half sandwich and side combo(with a drink and chips) is exactly right for a lunch where you feel full but not overstuffed(rare in Evansville). It’s a pleasant and quiet atmosphere where you can carry on a conversation. They’re only open until 2:00PM most days(closed Sunday), so it’s strictly a lunch option. But if you’re looking for a lunch stop while out shopping or running errands on the east side, you can’t beat it.

They kind of have an odd setup inside, they’re connected with Brinkers. If it’s cold outside plan on it being cold inside as well. There is limited seating when it gets busy but there are chairs to be had. To their credit they have a mini private room as well for corporate and etc, sure it brings in the money. The food is very simple and straightforward. Large amounts and inexpensive prices assure a return and a to go bag and snack for later. Mother had a panini i think — and i had a salad, both were great. I give it 4 stars because i enjoyed the food and the staff were friendly and it’s something new and different in the city. Looks like someone went to Chicago and came back with a business idea… cha ching.
