They use substandard parts and the prices are comparable to what you’d pay Apple. Make an extra effort and just send your iPhone off for repair to Apple. Get it done right.

I stopped at the store located at 227 S. Green River Road. My wife’s IPad was acting up. Brandon was very helpful and had the problem fixed very quickly. I was impressed. Based on today’s experience, I would not hesitate to visit this store again.

We had an cracked iPhone 5 screen repaired. They replaced it. It cost $ 129 dollars, but I think the store uses sub-​standard digitizer screens. The screens aren’t that sensitive and your screen inputs lag or don’t register at all. The screen looks inferior to an actual iPhone 5 display. You can see faint lines between the pixels. I compared it to out other non-​broken iPhone 5 and there is clearly a difference. Finally, the home button moves around.
They did replace the screen a second time, but it didn’t help. So, it’s better to pay a little more and get it repaired at an actual Apple store with genuine Apple OEM parts.
So I’m not sure if I can give iPhoneTodd great reviews, as the people are nice, but the issue wasn’t fixed.

Wow, great service, no hassle. 5 minutes to drop off…2 ½ hrs to fix… best price in town. Will definitely use them again if needed. Great selection of accessories too.
