Had the fan unit on the AC/​Furnace go out at 5Am. Warranty work through American Home Shield. Called left message and was called back promptly. Went back to sleep woke up the unit was already pulled apart and the Tech was already gone to pick up the new motor. Left a check for payment. Worked till midnight came home unit operating perfectly no mess or evidence of repair. This was on a Friday! Talk about professional courteous service! They will be the new go to company for me! Thanks so much!
