Sweet Bettys Bakery

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The cupcakes are simply the best. The icing-​to-​cake ratio is perfect. Not too much, not too little. They have some of the most unique cupcake flavors ever. Not only that, the cakes they design and create are amazing! I’m always impressed by the cakes they have done.
The store has some of the most eclectic items. I’m in that store at least once a week looking to see what new items they have. If you’re ever in the need for a funny, witty card, this is the place to go.
But most of all, the staff is awesome. They are super friendly, welcoming, and listen to what you want. They sit down and spend time learning what you’re looking for in a cake. They let you know immediately what is a feeble idea and what might not work out so well. I love the honesty they provide. They always provide fast, friendly service.
This place is my go-​to for sweet treats and cute, eclectic gifts. I highly recommend everyone come to this store.

Been there quite a bit. Not very impressed. Would love to support this small business, but don’t think they have it all together. Been there once in the summer and wanted a milk shake, said they didn’t have any ice cream. Been there another time and asked for a milk shake and said they didn’t have time to make me one. Said to come back later. No one was in there. Also had several items from them and they do great work but not compared to other bakeries in the city of Evansville.

Tried to shop there twice. The first time, I was told I could not get anything without making advance arrangements. OK, The Second time that I tried to buy from them, I tried to prearrange a Cake 2 weeks in advance. I did not much care what it cost since it was a special event. Sweet Betty’s told me they were just too busy and could not help me. I went elsewhere in EVV and bought a wonderful cake.
They may have a great product, but I will never know. Strange way to run a business.

Their snicker’s cookies are amazing and worth a five star review alone, but the other stuff I tried there was just OK.
