The food is good. You order at the counter then seat yourself. I ordered my food, but over half the tables were still dirty after people have already left. Including plates. Drinks. Ect. I was waiting around for a place to sit for about 10 minutes, they were not that busy either.

For the high reviews, my boyfriend and I had to check it out. In my opinion the food was kind of bland. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are looking for a sushi spot. If you love white rice and a side of meat and house salad this might be up your ally.

This place is incredible. Delicious food, amazing fresh sushi & a cute place overall. The owners are always very sweet. My favorite place to eat hands down.

Used to love this place… Usually go every other week or so. Not anymore. It’s gone way down hill.

I’m attending a training nearby and wanted a healthy lunch that would sustain me until dinner, so I decided to stop by here. It’s a rare beautiful, spring day, so I opted for takeout, in favor of finding an outdoor place to sit.(No outdoor seating and the restaurant is quite dark). Service was friendly and fast. I ordered the special, which contained teriyaki chicken, rice, 2 gyoza, 4 California rolls and salad for $ 8.46. The chicken was breast(appreciated), perfectly cooked and teriyaki was tasty. Rice was just right. Gyoza was good. California rolls were fishy(krab), so I opted not to eat them. Salad was mixed greens, higher quality than usual teriyaki place. Overall, plenty of tasty food for the money. I ate in nearby Howarth Park, which was perfect! **UPDATE** because of my positive experience yesterday, I returned today for the final day of my training. I forewent the California roll, opting for teriyaki chicken, gyoza and salad. This time, the salad was iceberg and the chicken was dark meat. In this experience, I’d give the restaurant 3*.

We didn’t really have much expectations but left wanting to leave a review just to make sure we can find this place again easier. We now have a reason to go to Everett! Had the bulgoki and the teriyaki+wok combo(chicken teriyaki and orange chicken) and it was delicious! Even the salad that came with the combo was yummy!

My partner and I just had lunch here. The food overall was really bland. Very very few things actually made in house. Bentos come with California rolls, gyoza, salad and a protein. California rolls are basic and bland. Not much sugar/vinegar in the rice. Gyoza are prepackaged/frozen and deep fried Salad is iceberg lettuce and vinegar Protein is thin, dry and had no seasoning to speak of(We both got chicken, one Katsu one teriyaki) For a place called the Bento Factory they have 4 Bento choices with combinations of the above list only. Sauces were bottled hoison sauce and bottled soy sauce. Not sure why we need a restaurant that doesn’t make anything in house except bland protein. Servers were kind and food was quick.

As good as teriyaki gets! This is my Favorite place in Everett to get sushi and teriyaki. You get your money’s worth and the bento boxes are the perfect array of food. Sushi rolls are plump, fresh, and tasty. No free soup like most places but I can live with that. Free water… really good water I might add. Front counter person is always helpful and nice. I come here every other month, if that gives you any clue to how good it is. Oh and the atmosphere is up scale compared to most teriyaki places.

Ordered the B1 bento to go, which came with a salad, four pieces of cali roll, two gyoza, a generous portion of chicken teriyaki, and plenty of rice. The salad dressing was sweet and gingery, with more than enough to coat all of the lettuce(one of my very biggest annoyances with most teriyaki places is insufficient salad dressing). The remainder of the meal was tasty and plentiful, but just didn’t stand out in any way, hence the 3 stars. A solid meal with good variety if you’re looking for a quick to-go meal.

So, I arrived here for an early dinner. It’s within walking distance from my hotel in Everett, and I was struggling with a stomach that was still on East Coast time. When I went in, I had the restaurant to myself… and ordered the vegetarian bento. That was a good choice, as the vegetarian bento was filling, economical, and beautifully prepared. I’ve attached some photos, but I was very happy with the flavors and mix of items. I was disappointed that they did not take my AMEX card for payment, but no worries — I got a great dinner at a great price.

The sweetest lady works here, and the lunch bento box was on point. Teriyaki chicken isn’t over saturated with the sauce, and you get a nice taste of a variety on a budget. Good value.

Our go to restaurant for quick good satisfying Asian food. Service is fast and the food is really good. Only 4 stars cause sometimes language barrier gets in the way. But, they’re very pleasant and customer service is good.

I wish I could put a ½ star. Not impressed, I ordered simple 2 meat combo with chicken and beef around dinner time 5:30pm. The portions are small for the price. The chicken amount was smaller then my fist as well as the beef portion. Speaking of the beef, it looks like dog meat. Not sure what kind of cows they have in China but I have never seen this type of low quality crap sold in even the Asian super markets. Clearly they are serving cheap product and marking it up through the roof. They did give me a whopping 3 cups of rice so if you like to pay over $ 10 a plays for rice go here. Same story with the salad which was way more then I expected. Over all we ordered 3 seperate meals and they are all the same song and dance. Enough of my rant of lining another shitty teriyaki joints pockets. I say it’s time we get some Americans owning and cooking teriyaki for Americans.

Holly Jesus, this is a shockingly terrible place. Won’t substitute, won’t let me buy Kimchi that they are sitting eating in front of me lol. Actually said we don’t have Kimchi, I said so that customer brought his own? She goes it’s only for private use… Than maybe eat at home? In the back? Not in your dinning area and sell it to Korean only customers? Wants a dollar to substitute something that I don’t want? Reverse racism in full effect here. Best part? Not enough nozzles in Soda machine. She walked over from handling my cash and without gloves started switching nozzles.

I have been to this place a few times and it’s usually pretty good. Tonight we came in an hour before close and were told that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant because it was almost closed??? And then when we sat down a women who was moping literally asked me to move and moped under the table we were sitting at, shoving her mop at my feet. I found this incredibly rude. Food is okay but service is making it not worth it.

This is a very good place to go. Not just teriyaki but also some sushi. I always get the #1 bento box lunch special. It includes chicken teriyaki, gyoza, nice salad and 4 pieces of a sushi roll. Quality food!

Be careful what you order. I hate to write this review because I’ve been a customer for four years and they have great food and great service. Tonight when I went to pick up my order, as I was paying I requested to change an item in my order. I didn’t want raw salmon in my rolls, due to getting violently ill in the past from raw salmon. When I requested to change the order I hadn’t paid and I hadn’t received my order but she wouldn’t let me change my order. I wish I would have said«to heck with you– I don’t want any of this» and left but I was hungry and getting dinner to the family. If I haven’t paid for my order and I haven’t received my order I have every right to change it. I have literally never been denied that anywhere else in the past and in my six years of food service never denied that request. I felt that my request was reasonable and do not agree with their business practice. It’s a shame because I enjoyed eating here and so did my family. I won’t be back.

Came to the Bento Factory because of the reviews. There was no one there at 8pm so we were a bit skeptical. Nevertheless, we decided to eat here. We were not disappointed. Ordered 2 bentos and salmon dinner for under $ 30. The portions were large and the selection of Japanese food was great. They also have complimentary filtered water.

No hamachi or uni… No seaweed salad. the Korean counter people are lovely. The tuna, shrimp and salmon were the only items on display. they were sliced very thin. I’m pretty bummed.

It’s always a joy to find a yummy food at a reasonable price when travelling. This place is about 10 mins from Boeing factory. The best bet is the bento box, things like beef and chicken teriyaki. The nice lady even allowed me to order the white(breast) meat on the chicken which is awesome. The beef meat is not fatty and cheap-like(ie Yoshinoya leftover beef). The rice was perfectly al-dente cooked =) They used better quality rice and not like the ones you’d find in cheaper chinese fast food joints. Nyum. The today’s special was very affordable at 6.50 $. The rest of the bento options was pretty customizable it seems. I didn’t try the sushi. The fish meat on display didn’t look too fresh, but can’t tell. The california roll on the bento seems to be stucked with more rice than a propet sushi should be, so sushi didn’t seem to be their best forte. Free help-yourself hot Korean tea too! Would definitely recommend!
