Bride’s Outlet was by far the best experience of any shop I visited. All the girls were very nice and there were several dresses I absolutely loved that were in my budget. I will say that some other shops presented their products a little better, but those are the places that charge an arm and leg for a dress too. My advice is to go to all the other places first and make this your last stop. You will really appreciate the fantastic prices and great service you will get with them. It took me 3 times of try-ons to choose my dress and I have probably been back 4 times to try it on again for shoe shopping, etc. Not once did they make me feel like I was a burden or a pain. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses through them. The alterations lady is competitively priced as well and did a great job. If you are looking to spend $ 5000 on a dress, than this is not the place. However, if you are like most brides and would prefer to get a beautiful dress for a great price, check out Bride’s outlet.

Absolutely unimpressed with the total lack of customer service. I would encourage anyone with a desire to be treated with even the most common courtesy, to avoid this place. I would be certain that you won’t need to return or exchange anything here, as I get the feeling they won’t be around much longer.

Worst experience we had at a bridal shop. 1st: the smell of motorcyle grease from the adjacent shop mixed from the mildew smell from the flood they aparently had is aweful! I later find out that after the flood they didn’t even get rid of the dresses they just aired them out and are there for sale!!! 2nd: The majority of their selection is outdated at least 10 – 20 years. At least! Last but definatly not least: the prices are pretty comparible to very nice bridal boutiques around the area. The only dress that my friend liked from the outlet was $ 1200! Ridiculous. My friend ended up getting a beautiful dress elsewhere for $ 770. 1 star for nice salesgirl.

This store is nothing special, but it worked out for me. I did not make an appointment but was not treated any differently. I was looking for bridesmaid dresses and did not have a ton of money to spend. The girls are only going to wear them for 10 hours max, why blow my budget? I also did not want to run around everywhere trying to find dresses. After having a BAD experience with David’s, I came here. I was not alone in the store, but I had a salesperson to myself(more than I can say for other stores). I was glad to have an extra opinion; she also offered helpful suggestions for what would match with my wedding dress and our venue. The two dresses between which we ended up choosing both seemed to be of a decent quality. I will say that I am a bit annoyed that I cannot find the styles online, only because I would like to show a picture to people when they ask what we chose. Bottom line: Visit this store if you want a simple bridesmaid dress of decent quality. You are not paying top dollar, so do not expect anything fancy. Make sure you are looking at the dresses with a critical eye if you are concerned that quality might be an issue(I would recommend this for any store).

I had a great experience buying my wedding dress here. This is an excellent store to go to if you are getting married on short notice and need something off the rack. They have by far the largest selection of dresses you can buy off the rack I have seen. Lindsey was the salesgirl who helped me and she was super nice. My friend and I spent at least an hour trying on about 8 different dresses. I didn’t buy my dress that day, but I did come back two days later and it was still there. Both times I was there, there were no other customers in the store. The store was very clean and nice. My expectations were very low based on the reviews I read, but I was pleasantly surprised with everything. This is probably not the place to go if you have tons of time and money at your disposal, but if you need something sooner or less expensively, I would definitely check it out. They seemed to have a big selection of larger dresses. I did not use their alterations person, so I cannot comment on that. A friend recommended this store to me and I am glad she did!

I went here looking for a bridesmaid dress and if that’s your objective — stay away. The same advice probably applies for bridal gowns too. Yes, their prices might be a little less than other stores, but it’s not worth it. It’s not worth it, it’s not worth it, it’s not worth it. Here are the reasons why: 1. Rude salespeople. Honestly — I have been to tons of bridal salons(and discount stores) across the country now and I have to say that the biggest turn off is quickly becoming rude salespeople. These girls are getting MARRIED, people — they’re happily looking for a dress, an activity that they only get to do once(hopefully) and that is supposed to be FUN. 2. The sketchy nature under which they operate. They won’t tell you what their designers or style numbers are which is a popular SCAM in the bridal industry.(Read the book: Bridal Bargains). I get the impression that all their dresses are designer knock-offs and not the real thing… especially because I have been doing extensive bridesmaid dress searches and know what a few particular dresses look and feel like — theirs were similar looking but made of super cheap fabric(that was really thin… which made me question its transparency on a bright summer day!). This makes the prices not all that great when you think about inflated prices and compromised quality, even if(slightly) less than other stores. 3. Very limited selection of bridesmaid gowns.(On the flip side, there were rows and rows of bridal gowns). I hated the whole experience of being in this place. I hope you can avoid it in your planning!
