Buffalo Wild Wings

I have come here several times and it has been pretty good! But on Wednesday night, my sister and our 2 friends sat in the bar area, got our menus, was greeted by a nice waitress. Ordered our drinks, my sister got a Long beach (same as Long Island but with cranberry instead of ice tea). Her drink came and it definitely was not a long beach and it was shaken.?, it was very light pink and tasted nothing like alcohol or cranberry, just tasted like the sour mix and pink lemonade. She told the bar tender that made her drink that it wasn’t a long beach and it tasted like pink lemonade and that it shouldn’t be shaken. He was very rude and telling her that she was wrong and they always shake those drinks. Weird because she was just at the same bwws not even a week before that, ordered a long beach and it was not shaken… anywho he remade the drink after her explaining for 2 minutes it was not what she ordered. The second drink had more sour mix, less alcohol and no cranberry juice. The bar tender was a complete ass to her. The only thing good was food. We had to ask for a glass of cranberry juice so she could add it to her drink. Get a better bar tender that actually knows how to make drinks, I like coming to this place but after that service it’s kind of hard to want to come back.

Too many questions not enough sauce on the wings. We had five different people come ask us how it was going before we even were served our first drink. The popcorn shrimp was a rip off. Ten bucks for about six little shrimp. The wings didn’t even have enough sauce to cover them. Maybe they need sime time to get their shit together. Fire now, I would recommend going to Lynwood.

This is a new restaurant, but quite busy. A lot of
People watched football games there. Food is delicious! Some wings are really hot! The BBQ wing is a little bit less crispy, or over roasted perhaps.

Decided to try it for lunch today. Not too busy, tons of staff around. Friendly service. Sat there forever and food never came out. Someone went to check and we sat there another 10 minutes, still waiting. Saw an adult male hovering about, but not coming over, just weirdly watching. We sat looking around hoping our food would appear. We had only ordered some wings and onion rings to share, so nothing complicated during lunch hour. Finally adult (manager?) comes over and says there has been a «glitch» in the computer concerning our order. We got up and left. He offered our meal for free if we stayed. No thanks. Manager, if you read this, this is how it all should’ve gone down: When you discovered said «glitch», you should’ve come over right away and let us know and given us the option to wait or leave and comped a meal or something. Don’t weirdly hover in the wings, hoping we are unaware that we’re not eating yet and it’s been 30 minutes. Man up and take the heat for your error. Now I will never come back and will make sure I spare everyone I know from your bad service.

Good morning, I have been sitting on a few thoughts since Saturday and Im sooo Pissed that I thought I would just let someone know. I went to BWW in Everett on Saturday night with my best friend and my daughter to grab some food and drinks before a hockey game at Xfinity arena. We were greeted promptly and sat virtually immediately, our order was taken by angle and that’s where things went down hill. she was awesome took great care of us. we ordered 2 large beers and my daughter a iced tea, it took 20 minutes to get the beers out. the place was full but not slammed, we ordered the chipotle loaded chips NO ONIONS. i do have an allergy to them, 15 minutes the chips arrived WITH ONIONS. the gentleman who brought them said he will have them remade, our server came back and apologized, that was cool… it happens, i ordered another beer. and we ordered pulled pork sliders. beer never showed up, i asked a lady wearing a blue shirt about my beer, 10 minutes after ordering, she promptly got it for me. then the food arrives. it was literally uneatable. dry, tasteless cold and sooo spicy that it was disgusting, the chipotle chips were the same no flavor just ignorant spice. we decided that we had enough. drank 3 beers and an iced tea for $ 50 after tip… great evening. :(i figure that a restaurant that is new in the area would put their best foot forward to keep customers. not the case here, it was horrible. will NEVER go back to BWW EVER.

Ok so the first time coming here it was great. Decided to take my mom out tonight. Biggest mistake. Don’t come here after 4 or you’ll be sorry. Service was CRAP! We waited and waited for our server to come over just to get our drink order. Waiters walked by multiple times just looking at us. It took a good 10 min for our server, Katie to come help us. No «I’m sorry about the wait» or «hi guys welcome in» all we got was «what can I get you guys? Do you know what you want?». We ordered 1 snack sizes boneless wing and one small size boneless wing with pretzels as a shareable. Our food came after about 15 min and our pretzels were still missing. Isn’t the point of an appetizer to have it before you’re half way done with your meal? Our waitress told us Oh sorry, they’re putting them in now ittl be a few. Our food was ok. Chicken was hard to eat because it was over cooked but whatever. Sauce was good. When it came time to pay, we gave the waiter our card and after 5 min she comes by with a MANAGER and points to our table and the manager comes over and is like «So your card is declined» first off all, it isn’t because I have more than enough money in it. second my card is bent so it doesn’t always work unless you manually type it in and third who says loudly «your card is declined»? I work in customer service and I know not to say that. You say something like «Sorry our machine didn’t seem to work with this card» or «I’m so sorry but this card didn’t want to run through, do you have a different one?» Not to say as loud as you can that my card is declined. And this lady is a manager? We weren’t the only ones having a tough time with our waitress and this night because the family next to us went and complained to a different manager. He seemed to actually know what he was talking about and apologized to them. The couple to our right waited longer than us for their child’s food and we came in way after them. Maria, another waitress was very sweet though and asked us if we were being helped when we were waiting on our bill and seemed very caring! She was super sweet. Another waitress came by (don’t know her name but she had long black hair and super gorgeous makeup) and came by and told me I was pretty which was sweet! Other than that this place needs help. I would love to say I’ll be coming back but I Will NOT be coming back.

I was excited to come here. Never been to one. That being said I was disappointed. I’m in no way an old prude but the music was so loud I couldn’t hear what the waitress was saying. We were handed off to 2 other waitresses. I ordered the cheese curd burger and a small order of the garlic parmesian wings. The burger was fantastic the fries perfectly salted. The wings were a let down. Dry and overcooked and very little meat, the garlic parmesian sauce was great. Nice heat right off the bat but not over powering. My dad got the honey bbq boneless wings, same thing dry and over cooked. He said the sauce was good but too hot for him.lol. waited 20 + minutes for dry over cooked wings I’m sorry
I know this place is new only open 3 days. Hopefully these kinks will work out. I probably won’t be back for a while, but when I do i hope it’s better
