My experience was good, I would definitely come back, good service, great food, delicious drinks definitely a suggestion for people who have been to come back and for those who haven’t to come try it out, Friday’s seem to be the best day to go because I went there on friday went right through the drive thru and got my stuff fast

Love the burgers and sandwiches here. Local grass fed beef and Alaskan cod make for some of the tastiest burgers and fish sandwiches around. They also make a great crab melt and BLT. Round it off with a handmade chocolate shake and fries and you’re good to go. And the kids always love getting served by the friendly speedy car side waitstaff.

Standing in line and a lady walks in the cashier takes her order while we are standing there. She just started her order and the guy took her in front of us. Rude. Not very clean, windows and doors gross! Made me wonder about everything else.

This place is scrum-​diddly-​umptious!!! But it will make you bro-​diddly-​oke! It’s expensive for burgers and fries… but everything it tasty! I love the bacon-​master and fries! The staff is always friendly. The inside and out is usually mostly clean. And the soda machine is always calibrated correctly, so no nasty tasting pop!

Well. I stopped by here before heading home. It’s Monday and I decided to get the all u can eat spaghetti. Wow. It’s good… Better than some places I have been to. The spaghetti is better than spaghetti factory and the service is much faster. The dining area is very clean the staff is very polite… Place looks very organized and clean. The back area kitchen looks clean from where I’m sitting. Place is not noisy. The emps are keeping busy cleaning and picking up. I don’t see any horse playing around. Staff seems to be very considerate of their surroundings as to giving respect for people and kids. The food comes out hot and takes less than 2 min to get a re order of spaghetti. The cooks have their food gloves on which is nice.
Food is on point and no issues. I’m very happy and pleased with the taste and quick service. When I ask for something the staff is on it and not giving me a look of like I’m bothering them.
Great job to the staff for doing an awesome job … I’m serious.

The food was excellent, the service was fast and friendly. My husband and I always say when we go to Burgermaster, «why don’t we come here more often?»

When you order be sure to be clear about what you want on your burger because if you say nothing, you get nothing. My husband ordered a burgermelt expecting that they would automatically put lettuce, pickle, onion etc. and there was nothing but two patties and cheese. He was pretty pissed. The patties were thin and overcooked. It was disappointing because they normally make good burgers.

The burgers are good, don’t get me wrong, but for the price the patties are a bit thin. The later of lettuce was actually thicker than the patty. Service was okay, maybe they had a bad day or something. ³⁄₅.

If you haven’t tried the Turkeymaster, it’s a must. The tartar sauce is the best in the business and the fries go very well with it. Bacon master is not one to miss, along with a blackberry shake. Pretty much it’s hard to choose what to get when you show up. Breakfast is delicious as well. They use locally sourced beef along with other high quality ingredients. You definitely get what you pay for. Love it.

Fantastic burgers, perfect crispy fries, and spectacular onion rings! Apparently, a family– owned and run restaurant and it shows in the amazing service. 5 stars!

The food is great which makes up for the high price. The drive thru employees are always rude. It’s really annoying.

Way too overpriced for what you get. The establishment is spacious and clean and they have a decent sized menu, but the prices on basic combo meals are ridiculous. The food is good though! So if you can afford to drop 8 or 9 dollars on a burger alone (fries and drink are extra) then definitely give this place a shot.
However with McDonald’s directly across the street you can get pretty much the same food and save way more money. I compared this place to a more expensive Culver’s.

There is a McDonalds right across the street and you might as well save some money and go there instead. Ick! Cold fries that tasted like cardboard and a 2-​piece fish & chips where one of the pieces was literally as small as my finger. Total ripoff.

First time after passing by for so many years. For a reasonable price, I got a great burger with quick and friendly service from a clean establishment (can see the kitchen & cooks from the front registers). Again, for the price, this place is exactly what I wanted, plus it’s always great to see people working hard and taking pride in their jobs. Will be back!

It’s alright for the price. Better than Wendy’s, although Wendy’s fries are much better. I got a bacon cheeseburger, and it was rather plain-​tasting. I got a chocolate shake, and it was good. Nothing impressive though. The vegetables (onions, tomatoes, pickles, etc) were legit. They weren’t tiny pieces that you could barely see or taste.
The grass fed beef is a nice touch (I would prefer to eat that rather than non grass fed), but it doesn’t stack up. Maybe I need to try something else with jalepenos in it or something. I’m not partial to «generic» burgers.
Overall, as far as their burgers and fries go, I’d save up a couple more $ and go to Billie on Burgers.

Went there for lunch today, Saturday June 27, 2015. Hungry for a good burger.
Frankly, I’m very unimpressed with the THIN burger patty. Fries were okay. Chocolate shake too thick to eat with the straw they bring you when the food is delivered. Just dumb.
Could have gotten a much better burger basket with fries and a drink at Shake n Go for a LOT less. Burgermaster is overpriced.
No smiles. Counter help looks unhappy and are not pleasent to customers. WOn’t be back.

The food here is very good. I’d say its a little expensive for fast food which is why I gave it 4 stars. Breakfast is very good and the best thing on the menu is their fries. They are very good and not too greasy. The grilled chicken burger is very good as well. Overall an awesome fast food restaurant in Everett.

This reviewer considers Burgermaster a fast food joint. The meat is advertised as grass fed, and that is fantastic. Also, it makes for a fine, juicy, burger that you can enjoy pickles and fresh-​sliced onion on, as well as the default lettuce and cheese (if there was relish, I’ve never noticed it). The fries are fine, if a little soft and pale; and they come in only one size, which I’d call large. The music that enlivens the dining room is to my taste: classic pop mostly from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, though I heard some recent cuts last time we were in there.
Soft drinks come in styrofoam cups, unfortunately, so they need to get out of the 70s in that respect. Also, prices are not from the 70s.

Just from a milkshake expert, it’s above average… a notch above McDonald’s and no where like Teddy’s Bigger Burgers and definitely better than Mikie’s. Just felt the texture was too fluffy, you really have to slurp here lol.
Overall, it’s a nicer version of fast-​food, lots of booth seating.
