Jose Montanez the new store manager, helped me two months ago, when he was the acting Assistant, helping cover for the manager, who was out on maternity leave. He gave me great deals, was super efficient. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his professionalism, expertise and customer service. I purchased over 20 items, and Jose still found time to assist other customers with their questions, while processing my order. Being able to answer the phone, work on the computer, answer questions, multi tasking is essential to any business. Thank you Jose. I’m sorry, the prior manager didn’t come back, but you can expect greater things from Jose in charge. He was left with quite a mess of outdated, old, broken and aged merchandise and has done an exceptional job, cleaning up the mess which took years to make.
