My son Joshua attended Children’s Playhouse since he was 6 moths until he could be there(almost when he became 3 yrs old). PROS. I respect that the facility is very clean, the director is on top of everything and the teachers. The kids are in a safe place. I like that little ones are engaged to work/play in many creative ways. The day care has 2 buildings and I can only speak about the one in where Jennifer Ford is the director. My son Joshua was very happy there and I recommend this place in all forms. CONS: Well I think that this is a good daycare center and I can count with the fingers a few instances in where I found that one of the teachers was not meeting something that I was expecting but I guess that we are humans and we make mistakes. Be aware that I had times in where I thought that I should take my son out of there but in reality and being honest… there is no perfect daycare. My recommendation is that you learn to work out things with people and the teachers. That is also a learning experience. In definite if I have to recommend the daycare something in where they could do better is in the way that parents are confronted about their kids when they don’t pass a test or are not reaching a goal.

Now i wanted to give this place a good review but honestly I can’t. There is a new teacher in the toddler room every three months. My child was there for about a year. I couldn’t ever figure out who to speak to at the end of the day(pick up). Forget being a day late with tuition, the director will ask you to take your child or pay up on the spot. It is understood that e daycare is a business, but you need people to use your services, being rude is not needed. I could never understand how there were never notifications sent out when there was a new teacher in your child’s class… The curriculum WAS good. The new staff hired didn’t do so hot in that department. I began having many concerns. My child was preschool age but they were charging me a toddler rate although there was a spot«open» in ps. Good luck going there, I can only comment on the toddler rooms, I’m not too sure about ps.
